Costa, perfekt wie immer.
My favourite taste in coffee is being degraded by this Costa. Has slowly been taken over by a strange group of people. Management of Costa, just visit and see what I mean. Toilets filthy, service is unfriendly, definitely needs a further make over.
Poor service and bad attitude from the 2 girls at the counter. I get that it’s only Coffee, but I’m a strong believer in quality service whatever you are buying, and like to be treated courteously. Time and date of visit: 9th November @ 15:00.
Always a good coffee and plenty of options as you'd expect from Costa.
Plenty of seating.
Can get crowded at the drinks pick up area and some may find it a bit gloomy inside.
But always had good service here.
New Milton near the station. One of the worst costas I've had. Drinks were warm not hot. And got made in takeaway cups when we were sitting in. So instead tipped the completed drinks into normal cups and sprayed more cream on top.
Won't be going there again
Some costas allow dogs this one doesn't so its automatically dropped points for that. Coffee isn't any different to any other Costa only went in as had free drinks ????????
Popped in this morning on the way to the station, at around 9ish, prompt service, coffee to its usual standard... soy cappuccino... this is a popular place as by the time I left the queue stretched to the door and staff were busy serving.
The team at this Costa are very polite and friendly which made us feel very welcome. Great brews, food and snacks with plenty of cosy seating. Toilets are available as expected with any decent coffee shop.
The only negative about this branch is it was fairly busy when we arrived and the queue to be served shares the same little space that people are seated and therefore you constantly need to keep moving to allow them to pass either because they have been to the toilet or they are leaving.
The other nag is more towards Costa as a whole! I really wish they did a Star Bucks style caramel macchiato which is Milk, Brewed Espresso, Vanilla Syrup and Caramel Sauce!
