BUT terribly sad☹️☹️ to hear owners have doubled the prices of treatments! Was once 100£ now 210£ because you have to have an olaplex treatment ? Would like to continue going if it wasn’t for the big price jump as biggest appeal was that it is an affordable salon..
This is my absolute favourite salon in London, I always find myself going back here. Beatrice cut my hair so beautifully and listened to everything I wanted. I would definitely recommend coming here. Tip- book directly with them and not treat well.
Audra corrected a bad haircut for me, will most definitely return .Hard to find a great hairdresser that listens to what you want but I have found one. The salon is spotless and I felt comfortable saying what style I would like. I would definitely recommend this Salon , lucky someone told me about it. Thanks for the coffee Toni.
Absolutely amazing. I have really thick hair and was sick of colouring it myself. I visited the area and decided to book with Beatris. Well, I am so glad I did! I cannot believe the difference in my hair - it is an absolute transformation. I am so happy with the colour and the cut. The salon is beautiful too. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
I have been a regular customer for many years and always been happy with the service. I usually book on line. This time I booked the appointment by telephone. When I arrived, the service I'd requested was not registered correctly. When I queried the prices, I was told that the website was wrong and all the prices had gone up. I had a colour/cut and blowdry with Jessica, who was lovely and did a good job. She also apologised for the mix up thankfully
Had my hair cut and coloured. Cut was fine, colour was nothing like what I had asked for. Hair was dyed a brassy, ginger colour when I had requested blonde balayage. Had to return for them to ‘fix it’ and wasted 8 hours at the salon. End product still not what I had wanted and I was charged full price. Emailed and phones multiple times to discuss with manager but had no response. Avoid at all costs!!
✔️ First-time coming to this salon to get my dry dead hair a trim by stylist called Jess. I always had bad experiences going to get a cut cause they would always cut off too much but she knew exactly what I wanted and did just that, nothing more nothing less. I'm estatic and extremely happy with how my hair looked leaving the salon and I will definitely be coming back . Thank you Jess ! ✔️
Elena did such an amazing job on my hair, I absolutely love the colour. I couldn't be happier with it! She was so passionate and professional, she really took her time to make sure it was perfect, and it is! Really really pleased with it, also the price is so reasonable. Will definitely be returning.
