Stayed their early January, we had a beautiful room very clean good breakfast. plus the Lady who check us in was very friendly

Beautiful place to stay. Excellent comp breakfast! Large rooms, very nice.

From the minute we checked in till the minute we checked out, we were very satisfied with Cold Water Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of food. The pool was big and very clean. Well worth the price-we will be back again!!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The bed and bedding was soft and the room was clean. Employees helpful and the breakfast looked and smelled good, can't comment on taste as only ate an orange. Shower had really good pressure and unless you stood under the water for awhile you should have plenty of hot water.

The staircase and decor was amazing - would stay again and suggest this place to others.

Rooms were comfortable, as were the beds. Very clean. Staff was nice as well. Breakfast was a decent buffet style, lots of condiments.

I had a wonderful stay. It was very peaceful, beautifully decorated and everyone truly made me and my dog feel welcome. I also, enjoyed beautiful music that was played on the baby grand in the lobby. This is my new favorite place to stay in the Shoals.

We were greeted with smile and the lady at the check in counter asked if we were visiting to see the sights or business. She was very helpful and gave us advice on places to visit and eat. She also gave us pamphlets on places around with directions. The room was clean and beds were pretty comfy. The atmosphere was great beautiful Lobby. Also the breakfast was pretty good.

Had to get a room at last minute (5 am), and front desk was staffed and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Decor was well thought out, with a cool double wooden staircase in the lobby and a piano (!!). Would definitely stay here again if I am in town.

Only major downside is that there is no in-room service, though they will take care of any towels or trash you put out They said it's due to COVID, but given the lack of masks it's probably due to staffing difficulties that are affecting all hotels nationwide. At least they still do breakfast lol.
