I made an appointment in person and watched as my details were written down, but when my appointment was cancelled, I wasn't called. When I queried why I hadn't been called, I was told they didn't have my number. No attempt to apologise.
Fantastic place and fantastic staff, special shout-out to Ben and Brian!
Needed a haircut and remembered this place from 20 years ago and decided to go there again to see if they could fit me in, luckily they did and were friendly staff as they were 20 years ago and still had their regular clients coming in which shows why they've lasted nearly 40 year's in business, was more than happy with my cut and pleasant chat with the staff and would highly recommended so a big ????

Twice I've been given an appointment and twice it's not been written down. Glad I rang to check price today as I was heading into Lisburn from Belfast for no reason!! No help when they discovered error had been made. No attempt to help get me new appointment. Very poor customer service
I have gone here for quite a long time now, and Brian is an excellent barber.
I would recommend going here for anybody, he is very attentive and follows your instructions very closely, he is also very good conversationalist!
He has been said to be exceptionally good at curly hair, and as demonstrated by my pre-quarintine hair compared to what Brian did.
Bryan has been cutting my hair for years and wouldn't go to anyone else. Great haircut and done in such little time.
