We were visiting the area from out of state. A rainy day brought us up to Rice Lake for shopping. I made an appointment for a pedicure and it was the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. The salon had a wide array of polish colors, the salon was squeaky clean, and my toes looked the better than they have in years. Great experience!
I absolutely hate my nails. Went there today and got yelled at to wash my hands the workers were really passive aggressive and rude. I got dip powder and I hate it, my nails are all wonky and thick. The nail tech didn’t even cut my cuticles or nails! The dip powder is sticky and uneven and I was rushed out of the chair. This is what I wanted and this is what I ended up with. On top on it all, the ugly nails were $60!
I went to get my nails done & when I went inside I could see that they were busy. I sat down and waited for my nail tech to start my acrylics but he was very fast, he didn't pay attention to what he was doing and did Avery poor job shaping my nails, filing my nails, painting my nails and he even drilled off the tips of 4 of my nails. I understand being busy but there is never an excuse for poor quality or poor customer service. I paid for my service and left. I called the nail salon back to see about getting the nails fixed and the man who did my nails was very short, very rude and wasn't interested in fixing his mistakes. I can say with absolute certainty that I will never be back. Rice lake needs a GOOD nail technician who will focus on the clients wants, needs and drive to keep customers coming back. I am just disappointed and disgusted.
The place clean, and they are so friendly. They were able to get us in within 15 mins of calling. I gave them 4 stars because I with the color on the cats eye gel was a little darker, and you can see my nails thru the color. But overall it was a great experience
Nails are way too short, my real nail will be this length in two weeks. Asked for longer and he filed them down immensely. The male was very rude, acted like he had zero time for us. He cut me while grinding and I bled. Will not be coming back if life depended on it. My nails are paper thin as well and I’m sure will be broken with less than a week. Sad you don’t take time to do better.

My husband and I went for pedicures and I was a little worried after reading the reviews but they did a fantastic job! I also thought it was a little speedy at first but after seeing all the detail and effort the put into making it a good experience I would gladly pay for it again. It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I highly recommend. One other thing I will mention is we both had women and I noticed many of the negative reviews mentioned "him" or "he". Hope this helps!
Went there today I asked for blue and silver fake nails they said 35$ I sat there and agreed he started my nails I told him he cut me and u could see the blood it kept hurting every finger was bleeding I asked for every other color for each nail he did one silver and rest blue went to pay and he told me 50$!!!!!! For nails after I was told 35$ and in pain unbelievable
