My mom and I went in for a gel pedicure and a regular manicure. I had never been in here before, and this was our back up since my regular place was booked.
The people working there were very nice and attentive. We were treated really well. I would give 5 stars for the way we were treated and the process of it all.
However, their nail polish is not good quality. I got a clear coat on my fingernails and I understand regular polish doesn’t last as long as gel. However, it has not even been 24 hours and the polish on my fingernails has already fallen off.
The clear coat I got from Amazon lasts way longer…
PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I got a gel pedicure and a gel full set which was charged for $150. Over priced right? On top of that my whole nail actually popped up less than a week from getting them done! That’s never happened to me! The owner woman is not friendly and hardly knows how to do nails. So upsetting to be overcharged for low quality. Pick anywhere else.
I went to get my acrylic nails removed because the usual salon was booked up. The manager was rude over the phone and seemed impatient to hang up. The place was completely empty when I got there, so at least I was seated quickly, and the salon was clean and tidy. The older lady began taking the nails off, and when it came time to remove the actual acrylics, she began using an unused acrylic nail from her box to pry them off with brute force. I asked her if she could use acetone, and she ignored me. The manager had me come to her station and started using a cuticle nipper to pry them off as well. I still had nail glue on my nails when it was done, and it was three times the amount if I had gone to my usual place in a different day. I don’t think i will be coming back.
Please zoom in and look at this nail job. My wife went there and was very disappointed.
The nails are jagged and uneven and were not trimmed well. The polish doesn’t even cover all of the nails.
I am going to have to go out on the patio with her and see if we can make something out of this.

First time at cloud 9 nails . I needed color change and one nail fixed . Service was good and not busy.
False advertising on your online prices. Online when you book a manicure it says $15. When you go to pay they force you to pay $35 because “the booking price is wrong” This is a disgusting bait and switch method and I’ll make sure none of my family and friends are tricked into paying more because they like to scam people.
Better watch out because if you do this to the wrong person, your salon will get sued.
Ummmm the nails looked great until she did the design lol…. I showed her a picture and this is what I got. DONT GET A DESIGN!
I stopped in for a pedi. The women that greeted me was lovely.
The woman that did my pedicure was rough and left my cuticles sore and raw. She did a great job painting but my feet don’t feel soft at all. I feel like I paid 40.00 for a polish. No calus removal.
She was also rude. She started cleaning up while the polish was still drying. I asked her if she wanted me to get out of her way and she was like yes!
I won’t be going back.
