I had been coming to CLEOPATRA off and on for over a decade Ralph the person that normally would have done my hair HE QUIT. SO other than Ralph, George had done my hair. Today I wanted a haircut and the result looked nothing like the photo. I specifically asked for the back of my hair to be half of it's present length not tapered..that middle portion and the top were to be a little shorter. But again I distantly asked for half of my hair in the back to be cut. What I got was a boyish version of a cut I had with a long bang. Another hair salon had done this same ugly cut 4 years or more ago. I am VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULTS WHETHER I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY OR NOT. NO ONE SHOWS A PICTURE AND WALKS OUT WITH THE FOLLOWING RESULTS: mind you the points are not on here, the hair is not full in the middle, and both hairstyles should be a success on any day. What I got was a style I cannot curl early in the morning. I work outside and a style is hard to keep with it this short. Twenty years ago I never wore my hair this short SO WHY WOULD I ASK FOR THIS B.S.? STYLISTS LISTENING IS KEY TO KEEPING A CLIENT HAPPY. AGAIN MY SON IS A TEENAGER AND I HAD BEEN COMING HERE WHEN HE WAS ONE---NEVER AGAIN the owner did this handy work.
The owner is very professional, has a clean environment and practice social distancing. One of the Best Barbers in the south suburbs.
My grandmother came in there to get her hair done on June 18, 2022. There is a young woman in there name Kesha who washes hair. She is extremely rude and disrespectful to many clients and does not know how to talk to others in a professional or respectful way. She put a chemical in my grandmother’s hair knowing that she has an extremely sensitive scalp and was told numerous times NOT to leave the chemical in her hair for more than 3 mins. Kesha ignore my grandmother’s request and walked away with an attitude and was making rude comments to her and giving her dirty looks. It has now been a few weeks and my grandma scalp is still burning and now she is losing her hair because of what Kesha did to her. Absolutely nothing has been done to accommodate my grandmother and she is highly upset and disappointed. Kesha needs to be held accountable for her action because my grandmother has worked very hard to take care of her hair and now it is ruined all over. My family has been loyal clients to this business for more than 10 +years but now they will take their business elsewhere to a more professional salon. Kesha needs to be suspended or fired for the damages she has caused. The owner has yet to take any action. If someone like Kesha doesn’t like their job, which is what she was hired to do, then she needs find another one or acquire more training on how to do someone’s hair as well as take a CLASS on how to be professional to client. This situation needs to be taken care of before Kesha destroys another client's hair.

I’ve been natural for 23 years and I was ready for something different. I consulted with Ralph last week and went in today for a relaxer, cut, rinse and hot oil treatment. Ralph was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and talented! Ralph SLAYED!!! I love my new cut so much! Thank you Ralph, you have a new client.
