Terrible experience. Went in to have my dip removed and new dip applied. I called, was told to come right in. Was there within 5 mins, waited 20 mins for someone to be available. Then they began removing my dip, moved me to another table once someone new walked in was told my nails needed 5 mins to process. Sat at the table for 15 minutes while she started the other persons nails. She finally came and checked, said just another minute and went back to the other womans nails. After waiting at the table for a total of 20 minutes I left. Horrible experience and will never go back.
I've been to other places in town and wasnt happy at all but I love this place. I was just a walk in and they got me done quickly. They look great too! Definitely will be back.
I didn't get my nails done because my appointment was at 4 p.m. and the guy didn't take me back until 4:30. I handed him the color dip powder I wanted and he kept asking me what I wanted. I just said I don't feel comfortable and I left. They can't see customers in a timely manner. They must not need our money very badly.
I have been using Classy Nails for about a year. Service is fast and efficient with and without an appointment. I have had manicures, pedicures and a change of gel color only. They offer an array of services I have not tried yet. I would recommend them to everyone.
first time going to classy nails heard great things about them but in my experience they didn’t do anything right i had the picture i wanted out, they didn’t do the length right, some of my nails are crooked, the colors not what i wanted at all, prices are pretty good 55 for full set but i wouldn’t recommend
I have never made an appointment and my wait time was minimal. Tina is very nice and quick at what she does. I have been here a handful of times and have been very pleased with my gel mani.
Not a good experience for my first time and will never go back. Out of respect, arrived 10 minutes early for my 2:00pm appointment. I was kept waiting for a scheduled appointment until after 2:30pm. The person only trimmed, shaped and then added a clear coat. Did not add any extra white fill or pink base. I was told $25 for a fill on the phone, but charged $30!!! No one in the shop acknowledged my wait time. Rude. Will never go back.
