Don did a nice job! Im a first time customer, and I left very pleased. At WM and another local salon, my gel nails chipped within a day and the polish was seen thru.
Salon is huge and spacious.
My only issue was that I saw cuticle trimmers just laying around; I am a bit concerned about the sanitation practices, however. Thus why I gave 4 stars.
My server yelled across at other service people in a foreign language. She was too quick and in a rush with me. She did a good job with my nails but her customer service wasn't good.
Went in today before a pedicure manicure and eyebrow waxing. Relating that did my pedicure was very sweet and did a great job however the male tech who did my full set gel manicure did an absolute horrible job. After showing him a picture of a past manicure I had done at another salon in town (my normal nail tech has had surgery and is on leave) he assured me he could replicate. Because they were so slow when I went in I didn't have enough time to actually pick a color out of the once he was done applying the acrylic to my nails he asked me what color I had selected I told him that I didn't have time to pick but I did show him the picture of the colors that I had and asked if he had anything similar he then shrugged and pointed towards the gel polish wall and told me to go find it. After finding the closest possible match I could on the disorganized wall I took them back to his table. And then begins painting them and asked to see the design again. To which he then begins arguing with me that the colors I selected are nowhere near it and that the colors don't match the design that I'm showing him. After me finally just telling him to do it with the colors I have he starts the accent nail... The final product resulted in me have light tan nails and big black ovals on my ring fingers... This salon has disappointed me for the last time. And I'm out $120 on half a good service .
Terrible experience! A women next to me that did not understood a Chinese men was yelled at and intimidated by this person. Then another men that was doing my nails that didn’t understand me and what I wanted started yelling at me. This is unacceptable behavior. My nails look cheep like a set from wallmart
The owner treated my wife with the upmost respect and care. Very highly recommend it to all of our female friends.

Do not get your eyebrows waxed here. They literally do not care…you are just money to them even when they screw up your eyebrows!!! save yourself the tears and do not go here. My eyebrows look worse than before and I’m missing a chunk out of one of them :(
STAY AWAY. Paid $90 for a gel mani and pedi that looks like a toddler did it. They overcharged me from what they literally have the prices at in their “menu” for you to look. The guy doing my nails painted about as good as a kindergartner. He also kept disgustingly snort mucus up his nose while doing my nails and coughing. He was very loud and annoying as well as a few other nail techs who were yelling back n forth and laughing so loud you couldn’t think. Not a relaxing experience and I will tell everyone to stay clear from this place. They also RE USE the pedi stone scrubber on every customer which is disgusting without cleaning. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB for this trash nail salon.
