DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! I walked in at 1:25 and they asked me what I want Mani Pedi so instead of saying it will be a wait they had me sit in the chair put my feet in the water . At 2 :45 i am still sitting in that cold water with none of them checking to see if I was OK with waiting that long. I understand when you take walk-in sometimes you have to wait a little longer ,but the fact the they don't even acknowledge that I was sitting there that long is the problem. these place act as if they doing use a favor when we are paying for a services which is not cheap in any sense of the word . do not recommend classy nails !!!!!!! they need to change their name to trashy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came in for a pedicure. Young lady did a great job. My feet felt so much better after she was done.

I went to get a pedicure. I waited an hour before I was seated in a pedicure chair and then I waited another hour with my feet in the basin- that turned cold from the wait. The lady that began to do my pedicure was rude and left me to do designs on someone else's hands for "5 minutes ". Fortunately she did not return. I ended up with an older woman who pleasant and did a nice job. My daughter got a full set of nails. They were shaped nice however the man that did her nails messed up the polish on 2 of them and did a not-so-good job fixing them. I went back in to tell them about her nails. The man never made eye contact and pointed my daughter to the woman who originally helped me. I was polite so I found this behavior to be unwarranted and unprofessional. The man said something to her in Chinese and she looked at me and laughed. I felt totally disrespected and that my business was taken for granted. I would give them 0 stars however that is not an option. Good luck.

Was there 3 hrs, Never seen them wipe anything down between clients, also way too long to have had an appointment. also owner seems to be upset all the time. Mood is not relaxing

This was my first time getting a pedicure at Classy Nails. I requested a pedicure and two designs. I akedcfirba deluxevpedicure but the technician gave a fair-rated standard pedicure. After my pedicure, I was placed at the dryer station. After sitting there for about 30 minutes, I asked the manager when I would be able to get my designs. She stated that my technician could not do designs, but she would do them after she did her client's fill-ins which would take about 30 to 40 additional minutes. I said no and asked to pay for my pedicure and left. The manager never told me up front that she was the only one wo could do designs that day. Poor communication and customer service at this salon.

My nails were done ok just ok and the lady in they're messed my eyebrows up really really bad luckily I brought one of the little eyebrow things and fix my eyebrows myself! The wait time is very long sometimes only one person working the work was okay but I don't think I'll be returning
