Sandy did my nails she was very nice. But my no-chip is already chipping and it hasn’t even been 4 days. My nails are not shaped correctly. I had to go back the next day because my butterflies was falling off. Van redid them her attitude was horrible and very unprofessional. Van was very rude to me. She wanted to charge me for something I just paid for the night before. Holly did my pedicure and she was nice also but my big toe is already chipping as well. I spent $105 for my manicure and pedicure to not even last a day. Don’t waste your money go to a nail shop where it will at least last two weeks. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. But it’s definitely a waste of your time and money and I don’t want anyone else to experience what happened to me. Very Unprofessional Work
I have received a fill in acrylic set about a week ago and come back today June 17th , 2022 to get two nails fixed. I received the worst service I have ever received in a nail shop. The nail tech was very unprofessional and was upset about work related problems. Instead of dealing with the manager about it , she proceeded to be really rough and take it out on my nails . Then she told me she was unwilling to give me the color I wanted which was the color of all my other nails but I can pay 35 extra dollars to change the color . I was so unhappy and disappointed I walked out without my nails being polished . WILL NOT BE BACK!
UNPROFESSIONAL - arguing with other customers regarding a mistake they made the previous night OVERPRICED- my manicure looks awful and paid $20.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! Will not be going back!
One of the workers over charged me! i went back in to ask about the pricing and was told that i was the one who told her to add a $30 tip when she finished which was not true! i did not say that! and to top it off i had tipped her at the counter because i didn’t know she had did that from the start. They argued with me during the confront and said they couldn’t do anything about it. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
Looks can be deceiving. Place looks sounds like a great place but it is far from it. Staff/Product wise. The manager or owner was the one who did my nails and I was extremely displeased. She did my full set entirely too fast and the quality was poor. She didn’t even buff my nails. She filed that and painted right over it. Looks like I got my nails done 1 month ago and it’s only been 1 day. A total waste of money. Should have kept my tip, but I still was the good person that I am and gave one anyway. Feel free to zoom in on my pictures even though it’s not needed. You can clearly see this set is worthless.
It seemed like a good idea since we were visiting fox valley mall. However today makes 1 week of my no chip manicure, that started peeling 3 days after. They don’t answer the phone, and I live to far. So I’ll just take it as loss and leave a review!!!!
My sister and I went in for just regular acrylic set. My sisters nails are not the same length. She cut her three time. Then gave her gel with no chip. Charged her for it. But that’s not what she asked for. I paid 55 dollars for the nail lady to be on her phone the whole time. I was over charged for my nails. The shortest I could go and I was charged 40 dollars. I’ve never paid over 25. And when they refunded me the money she said 7/10 days for it to go back into the card. The sad part is I’ve been going here for so long and this time was not okay. Never going back.
Staff was friendly and social for the most part. My girlfriend had a terrible job done as you can see by the photos. Bathroom was out of order. The lady doing her nails didn't talk to her or even ask what shape nail she wanted (and did wrong shape). Was very rough, not friendly. I have to say I don't recommend giving them your business.
