Rushed. Not even a real massage. Wasn't asked but told I'm getting gel. I love the color I got. I would like it be more relaxing next time. That's y I went. I will go again n see. I liked I was a walkin n seen right away.

I faithfully went to this salon for years. 1.Almost every time I waited 30-45 mins for my APPT. 2.The place is a dump. 3. They rush every single time. I never once felt relaxed. One time after the person shaped my nails, she asked how I liked them. One nail was way off, so I kindly asked her to file it more. She asked if it was better and when I said nicely it looked the same, she began yelling and told me she could not do my nails anymore, yet, still wanted me to get designs that day to make money off of me. Um, absolutely not. I've never met such rude, miserable people who have zero customer service skills. 0/10.

I love my nail tech, she takes her time doing my nails every time and does a great job. I won’t say her name bc then she will be too busy when I come ????

Sophia was amazing! It was my very first time going there today (06-28-2021). I was so nervous but Sophia made me feel welcomed. I wanted long acrylics (manicure) but something simple and she did just that. Her work was so perfect. I didn’t know what I wanted done to my toes because it was my first time ever getting a pedicure. I’m a very simple person so when Sophia suggested white toes with gel, I went with it. And oh my gosh! My toes were so beautiful. I also I loved the chair giving me a back massage while I was getting my pedicure. Sophia was sweet. I can tell she loves what she does. I’m definitely coming back here again. Thank you Sophia! You’re amazing❤️

Goty nails done twice there in the last month or so. I definitely like how they came out. After I got them filled both pinky nails came off within a week though. I could feel the weakness of certain nails and I feel they did rush just to get it done fast.

I am originally from Lynn, and had heard great things about this location. So when I came to town and visited my family, I brought my niece and myself in for a full set. The woman Nisa who did my nieces nails, did an amazing job, so props to her. But the girl who did my nails was horrible. She rushed, didn’t say one word to me and barely asked me what I wanted. I just wanted a standard ombré , coffin shape. She didn’t take all my prior polish off (which was an olive green) that you can still see in the corners of my cuticles. They were lumpy, horrible shaped and way too long. Even though I asked for them to be shorter twice. When I left, I went home and immediately tried to shape them and fix them because I went to nail school and have been doing my own nails for years. So this picture is them IMPROVED, still disgusting. They’re 3 days old in this photo. Be specific on who you ask for here .

They did an excellent job in my nails. I’m so happy to have found a salon that fit my expectations. I will be coming around more often Thank you ????

horrible experience. Do not get a pedicure, they will do the bare minimum and not scrub anything. Horrible management, owner heard us upset about service and did not even budge. Asked for someone else’s service nicely and nobody wanted to. A true shame been coming here for years but the way my mother was treated has me disgusted. I will be contacting the city for many health issues inside the place. Save your money. Sloppy work horrible service
