Love the people here! Very friendly and responsive! Also gentle! I love it, they really take their time and make you feel at home! Just a few days after I got nails done gel was already peeling off and when I called them about an overcharge on my card I just discovered ($97 for gel nails and toes which toes I wanted regular but I had to do gel coz they wanted to close I said fine not realizing they were gonna charge that much), they didn't wanna know about it. He kept saying I should come in and show him but I live in NY 2 hrs away and they wouldn't credit my card back. Don't go there they'll screw u and nail job was poorly done on 8/26 1 week ago, look

I still love this place ???? it's my go to ❣️???? but at some point it became more costly. I'm not sure how long I can keep going, but for now it's the only place I'd rather be ????????????????????????

Missed this place Ssooo much.. and it's been almost a year because of covid-19 ???????????? but I'm happy they are still around and are doing well. The virus didn't affect them or their business as it did return most others????????????????❣️????????

Love this place! I just moved to CT so I'm glad I found a nail salon that does excellent work.

Very poor experience! 1 nice male, 1 attractive good natured women, 1 unattractive covert hostile women deliberately did not honor my request and tried to blame me for her incompetence and neglect. I started out contemplating gel to protect my nails. Wanted to see how professional she was 1st. She was rude, inattentive, pushed my feet and hands with rudeness; her way of directing me without any polite verbal prompting or attempt to communicate. Very poor English with a cocky attitude. I had clear nail strengthener polish on and she upcharged me insisting that it was a "gel removal". She Got loud to try and embarrass me, but, she was embarrassed when I explained how many times, from the start, that I had explained that I did not currently have any gel on my nails, since 2020 and I wanted my nails trimmed/filed evenly. She couldnt even do that neatly. Sge try to deter me from regular polish so I would pay for gel. She wanted to upsale me w/ gel, but I declined once I realized how sloppy and unskilled she was. NEVER AGAIN!! POOR MANAGEMENT/UNSKILLED, POOR COURTESY.! The man was not present when she was doing the MOST. When she finished with me, she hid in the back because I demanded she refund me the extra that she charged me for gel removal. She tried to hide that fact on the receipt, and I brought it to her attention so she HID.. Ignorance and SHADY BEHAVIOR!!

I usually go to Cole (I actually don’t know how to spell his name). He is amazing. He works really hard to make sure the nails you’re getting done is to the best of his ability. He sizes them precisely. They don’t look too bulky or sloppy. The shape is consistent. I love going.

Everytime I go in there, the environment is usually pretty friendly. The pricing could be a little better but compared to this other Nail Salon on Capitol Ave in Bridgeport , the prices here are amazing.

I highly recommend this place to try.

Waited and waited and waited.

Left at 9:15am, while someone else continued waiting. I went to T& J Salon which also opens at 9am and was PACKED.

By their following, I was lead to the better nail spa, by City Nail Spa's default.
