Please do not use this barber. The person who cut my hair did not even know what blended at the back meant and has left me with a horrific bowl cut. Also they only take cash so I had to walk to the cash point and back.
Li knows what she's doing and will make you look clean
Always very friendly, understanding and have patience of my disabilities, and they always leave me with a perfect cut, which, so far, no other barber In Exeter has left me with a half decent cut, let alone perfect! So, I can't recommend these enough, as they are definitely the best place to go!!!!

My Friday visit this week was not good, the young man trying to cut my hair was slow and took no notice of my request resulting in a poor haircut that I was glad to get out of the shop. This is not reflective of the service I have received in the past AND SHOULD NOT BE VIEWED AS A JUDGEMENT OF THE GENERAL STAFF
As always great service and pleasant staff. Always use this barbers and choose my days to coincide with the days my usual staff are on shift.
I've been to quite a few barber shops in Exeter and I like city Barbers as it isn't edgy like many of the other places locally; it doesn't focus on offering skin fades, again something that a lot of other places locally push; you can just walk in; the price is very reasonable for a decent cut.
Rember that it is cash only (the natwest cash point on the high Street dispenses denominations of £5 if needed).
