Out of adversary comes triumph, just after ordering our take out came a call that the kitchen had run out of gas and was running on camp burners, a minor tweak to our order and a slight delay, from this the 2 front of house guys worked admirably and the kitchen brought us a wonderful selection of tasty curries. (Some of the best curries we have had in a long time) well done we will be back soon
Lovely little find. Apparently it's been there for 14 year's. Food and service was excellent. The only thing that let this place down was the waiter's lack of local knowledge ie the nearest pub for instance otherwise would definitely recommend
Ordered a meal for collection last Friday. The butter chicken had a weird layer of what I think was cream on top, wasn't particularly warm (not sure if they are meant to come like that, but it was odd. Not had it that way before, would expect it to come prepared by the restaurant.)
Also had tandoori chicken which I found what looked like a large metal staple (photo attached)
Have reached out to restaurant for comment but no response.
Overall pretty poor I'd say.

So Bad I don't know where to begin.
An hour for starters to arrive.
Oven broke naans off. Minimal chicken in the curry.
No ice cream although still advertised not had it for ages. Alternative Chocolate cake. Very Indian.
Think it's under new ownership.

The Cinnamon Tree, what a wonderful establishment, the food was amazing but to be honest the food was overshadowed by the hosts. The waiters were very attentive whilst not disturbing during the meal. The food was just perfect. The Menu is exstensive, the previously mentioned staff were happy to help with this and had perfect recommendations. We have taken our doggy bag home and will definitely enjoy the extra marination for lunch tommorrow. I would definitely recommend the food, but the experience was the icing on the cake. Thank you everybody at the Cinnamon Tree for making our date night special.
Very good food the prawn puri was exceptional and the main course I had was full of flavour too. It was very quiet, but it was still a nice atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. The prices were very reasonable too.
The food here is divine! The service is impeccable and the cost, just right. Its a bit of a hidden gem but definitely worth a visit. I had the dopiaza and it was gorgeous. No grease at all and very fresh.
