Quick Facts About Cincy Nails

Cincy Nails is a nail salon that has received mixed reviews based on the comments provided. In order to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses, we will analyze the different aspects mentioned in the comments, focusing on customer service, professionalism, quality of work, pricing, and overall customer satisfaction.
One of the strengths highlighted in the comments is the skill and pleasant demeanor of Thuy, one of the nail technicians. She consistently provides a perfect manicure and has never caused any problems. This suggests that Thuy is an experienced and reliable member of the staff, which could be seen as a positive aspect of the salon.
Another strength mentioned is the ability to accommodate last-minute appointments. One customer mentioned needing her nails done for a wedding and the salon was able to fit her in, even though she was the last customer. This flexibility in scheduling could be seen as an advantage for customers with time constraints or unexpected events.
On the other hand, there are several weaknesses pointed out in the comments as well. One common complaint is about the rushed service. Some customers felt that the staff was rushing to finish the appointment and get them out of the salon. This rushed service can lead to dissatisfaction, as customers may feel that their needs and preferences are not being properly addressed.
Another weakness mentioned is the lack of professionalism from certain staff members. A customer mentioned that a nail technician insisted on using a color she did not want, disregarding her preferences. This lack of attention to customer requests can be seen as unprofessional and could lead to dissatisfaction among customers.
There are also complaints about the pricing and the inconsistency in prices. One customer mentioned that the staff would give their own prices, different from what is stated on the price chart. This inconsistency in pricing can create confusion and distrust among customers. Additionally, this customer also mentioned that the quality of the nail polish was subpar, implying that the salon might not use high-quality products.
Another significant weakness highlighted in the comments is poor customer service and a lack of professionalism from certain staff members. Complaints about the main lady, referred to as Tweet, suggest that she is rude, unprofessional, and rushes through appointments. Similarly, the male staff member is described as argumentative, unprofessional, and having a language barrier. These behaviors can create a negative atmosphere for customers and discourage them from returning to the salon.
Overall, based on the comments, the strengths of Cincy Nails include skilled technicians like Thuy and the ability to accommodate last-minute appointments. However, the weaknesses include rushed service, unprofessional behavior from certain staff members, inconsistencies in pricing, and poor customer service. These negative aspects can lead to customer dissatisfaction and potential loss of business.

I love Thuy! She ALWAYS give me a perfect manicure ???????? I've read comments about this nail salon and I've witnessed some people come in being rude off the drib! They get mad at the prices, mad at the service and sometimes skip out on the bill????????...and have nerves to come back weeks later..thinking that the workers don't remember you and your attitude! Some customers are loud and rude but get upset when a worker check them on their attitude ???? They let their kids run all over the place! I've NEVER had a problem with none of the workers here! Don't like the service...don't come back...it's that simple! Very pleasant and does a great job every time!????
I had a wedding to go to and needed my nails done. They rushed me to sit down and asked what color I would like. I told them I would like a pink and the nail tech brought over a pink nail polish that I did not ask for. He insisted that it was good. I let him paint one nail and I mentioned I wasn’t sure about this color he continually insisted that I would like it. I asked “where are your other pink options?” He told me “it’s okay okay” and continued to paint all of my nails!
Granted I needed my nails done because I had a wedding to attend plus I was the last customer and they was rushing to get done and get me out. Last time I will ever go.
I only go here for the temperature polish. They will try to do what they want to your nails. I only do rounds nails and he still almost gave me pointy nails which I had to fix myself when I got home; the polished look like a kid almost did it! I will not be back! Not worth the polish. And be careful because they will give their own prices despite their price chart!
The main Lady at the nail shop I think her name is Tweet! She very unprofessional, rude and asking to many questions! She rushes your nails wail getting smart with you. Also the man that works in there loves to argue with women and is also very unprofessional rude and haves a cultural barrier and doses not comprehend English and assumes, very rude! Never will I spend my money in they shop ever again!
I been getting my nails done for years here, Idk if Tweet been smelling to much nail dust, but she was very rude to me on Friday and I’m paying $70 for a fill in. The man that works there was very rude to me and was very unprofessional. He was disrespectful very. I will never ever spend no more money with them again.
Well first of all if your not the lady's Clien's very very disrespectful you walk in she, you speak she don't speak but if you are her client she have a whole lot of conversation to say to you. I went to her and then when I went back the second time she had all these other people that she had that wasn't not in there but she put them in that chair when they come , you had to wait, and from that piont on I never sat in her chair again and I tell my people's to go to him, his work is better.
It's ok really kinda unprofessional. Been there twice. Both times they do not acknowledge you when you arrive. First time they took someone in front of me. Just really good if you want nails done with no design. Just polish only. I'm just not from the Cincinnati area but I'm going to try to find another shop. Lady never talks and the man doesn't really talk either.
I used to look forward to getting my nails done at Cincy Nails way before they tore down Hill Crest Apts. I'm glad to see they are still going strong and making customers happy. :)
