My partner and I love a visit the Chopstix when we’re at Livingston. The staff are always really nice and the food never disappoints- fresh and tasty! We used the app for the first time so got some free spring rolls and points for a discount on our next visit.
Incredibly tasty food and healthy portions. While a little bit expensive compared to other fast foods, it is worth the extra. Staff are fast and friendly too. Excited for the new store opening.
Decent food when you need a quick bite but really lacks drinks options. Oh, and you would think that I visited on ration day, I got a medium box with a small portion inside.
Food was really good, service was quick and pleasant, staff really friendly, the medium portion size is a lot of eating, only issue was the price, 21 pound was a bit excessive for what we got but it was well seasoned and had plenty flavour, chilli patatos soft and fluffy, I would have it again
Bland overcooked noodles ...medium box had 3 small pieces of sweet and sour chicken and 4 and a half small pieces of carmel chicken glad I never ordered the small box ...£7.25 !!! Still hungry ...Off somewhere to get a bigger lunch now ...what meagre rations were there actually tasted ok .
Incredibly tasty food first time coming here and it certainly won’t be my last! The staff are so friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their face! Would highly recommend ????
This branch never fails to impress. Aga the server was so helpful and charming and always serves with a smile when I have been there in past visits. She is a credit to your company Chopstix and a great role model to other staff members.
The guy who took our order was super grumpy and didn't care to take time to explain the meal options. He rushed us into ordering food. The worst service ever! At one point it almost seemed like he didn't really care what we wanted and made up his own order.
The girl at the till was kind and helpful though.
Don't go here if you are expecting great service!
