I really love the salon! I really appreciate that the technician who worked with me really took her time and made sure that the shapes were even. This full set of acrylics with dip and gel, and nail art only cost me $55 before tip. I greatly appreciate all of the technicians who work here, please tip them very kindly ^_^

Chestnut Nail Salon is a great place to go. The staff here are kind and efficient. This place has fair prices that are affordable. I recommend this place to my friends and family all the time.

The first time was great, but my second visit was with a different eyebrow tech. First, she put the extremely hot wax on my skin without letting it cool a little bit, and then she was roughly plucking my eyebrows to the point of giving me eye pain. She pressed down really hard over my occipital blood vessel as if she was trying to cause me significant pain in my eye. She seemed annoyed when she saw what color of client I was. She didn't do anything I asked. Made my eyebrows look like 2 lines on my face. And when I was done and I was paying, she avoided eye contact while I was paying, which basically tells me she was, in fact, deliberately trying to inflict pain on my eyes. I was really hoping for the amazing first experience I had the first time, especially since it's my birthday and I wanted to look nice for an outing. This was traumatizing and very triggering for me. I am still in pain hours later. Absolutely disgusting how someone will treat you simply because they think they can. I am not going back. POC don't go there please if you don't want to get the same treatment.

This place is great, it's clean and welcoming .I get my nails done by Tracey and she does a phenomenal job. She is so fast and precise.

Easily one of the best nail salons in the city. Have been a customer for over 15yrs. The ladies are always friendly, and happy to accommodate customers. Ahn is my favorite nail tech ????

I always go there they do a good job and I sent my daughter there to do also nails,she liked it very much

just did a gel pedi here, technician spent a long time cleaning up my cuticles which was great, but the filing left my feet and nails really sore. nails were filed extremely unevenly... the shape is not square... or round... but it's all over the place. the gel polish was also put on very unevenly and there are bumps on 3 of my nails. technician also breathed down my neck while i was paying, told me to add tip. i tipped 20% and her attitude seems like she thought it was not enough. my nails look ok from a distance but not sure if i'd return to the place.

Kind, friendly, helpful staff— and very fair prices! :) Takes walk-ins, and reservations even an hour before. Will be going back!
