Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Was looking for a dog friendly pub to meet friends for lunch. It was a great place. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, helped move other customers around to enable us to put two tables together. Food was good and the staff made us feel very welcome. Also has a nice beer garden.
Booked this place today as partners parents were up for the weekend. Food was lovely and served quite quickly considering the pub was quite busy. For Sunday roasts a choice of ham, lamb, beef or chicken with a selection of vegetables or you could also have scampi or burger. The staff were friendly and polite. Dinner was great. We had to wait a while longer for the puddings , but they were apologetic. Nice size portions. Where we sat there were placards with funny sayings on which kept us amused in-between courses. All in all a nice meal to round off a lazy Sunday .
Booked a meal for 22 people for a birthday dinner. The food was fantastic and the staff absolutely great. Been here a few times and always a great time
Basic pub menu but the food is excellent, friendly staff, seems busy early evenings but trade seems to taper off by about 9ish, nice gardens, average car parking but a bit more in the street
This is the best place i have ever had a roast dinner atmosphere is lovely the staff are very friendly and very reasonably priced (obviously im talking about the food not the staff ????) ... This is now our regular place to come and would recommend to anyone
A lovely Sunday roast lunch, lamb was perfect at £14.95 but probably should have paid a £1 extra for all four meats on offer!! Ah that's next time order sorted.
All six meals were cleared in my party some even had room for the decadent chocolate desert.
Quite busy at lunchtime so a tip is be a little later when is calms down. They stop Roasts at 15:00 (which seems early but ok when you know)
In summer there is a big garden to the rear
Top Tip - Book in to be sure
Had Sunday roast with friends. Great price, location and staff. Highly recommend!
Great food, lovely people and nice pub atmosphere.
