Love my hair color. They did a an amazing job. There was miscommunication. However, they fixed the mistake.They did it how i wanted it. Now my hair is a light blonde that i wanted.
My experience here was amazing!! I was greeted at the door and immediately serviced. I took my daughter in to fix a hair emergency and they took the time to listen and evaluate the damage and was very helpful in offering their opinion on it as well as hearing out what my daughter wanted done. The owner was very friendly and patient when it came to my 8 year old. I also went for a trim and was extremely satisfied with the cut, total transformation!! Thank you Chely and kassandra for your amazing service!! Definitely going to be our go to from here on out!!
I thought I’d try this place out due to the good reviews. DO NOT let Ursula touch your hair! I have very long hair and have been growing it out. I came in for a trim and layers in the back and this is the result!!! She left me with wet hair and didn’t even offer to blow it dry. She told me to take vitamins to make my hair grow because she probably knew how bad she messed up. Didn’t listen to what I wanted she just cut away and before I knew it I was left staring in the mirror in shock!! I went home to see if I could fix this mess by blow drying it and styling it but I just ended up crying. Called the shop and Chely the owner and her daughter both tried to fix it. I thought I would have to end up cutting it short but they refused to give up. It wasn’t great when I left but definitely better. Now I will have to wear my hair up for the next YEAR until it grows!!!
I am so glad I happened upon this place. Chely did an amazing job! I didn't know that my hair could actually look the way it did. I have tried and so many have tried and botched it, but she nailed it, and it looked exactly how I wanted it to. I am bi-racial and my hair is naturally curly, I was worried to have my hair cut wet...because I've been told "your hair won't do that, unless we cut it while it's straight"...but I like to wear it curly and straight. She cut it wet, and styled it, and it looked amazing, and it's quick to do. I'll be seeing if I can get a trim today. I will always come here now.
I love chelys, I been going here for years. I been taking my little one here for his hair cuts ever since he was old enough to get one. I gave 4 stars because I came here this past Sunday for my son’s haircut, there was this lady with tattoos who was sitting in the left way back, my 4 year old was getting his cut next to her, I would think she would know to cut down on her cussing with a child next to her & I mean this lady was cussing her head off. It was unbelievable like so unprofessional, talking about unvaccinated people, saying they deserve to die like okay keep your opinions to yourself especially when there are children around you mam, the client was cussing herself too but come on. We came home & my 4 year old started repeating the words she was saying! He had never cussed till that day so thanks lady! Hope you’re proud of that. I had called the next day to make a complaint about her, I hope they tell her to stop cussing in the salon especially with children around her, matter of fact should stop cussing around people period! Other than that chely & her other staff are professional & friendly.
My daughter made an appt and I was a walk in . There were two women there not busy at all and we're debating who was going to cut who's hair because neither wanted to!? There was a red headed girl who was so rude to us and when men walked in she was nice and cut their hair . Plus they didn't listen to what I wanted . . Chely was nice but she kept on interrupting the girl cutting my daughter's hair as if she was a first timer cutting hair. Very unprofessional. Won't be coming here anymore.
Worst experience at a salon, I don’t know why they would do this to me but honestly it’s just sad and disappointing, I was so excited to have my hair done that day because I was having trouble with my hair growing and the results were unbelievable I could go on and on about how bad my experience was and how neglectful they treated my hair that day but I wouldn’t wish this on nobody, I don’t recommend this salon ????
I had a good experience and the stylist was nice.
