This was my first time in the salon. Heidi was my nail technician. She did an amazing job with my gel manicure. She was very interactive, had a nice conversation and informed me a couple of times if she is hurting me to let her know. She made me feel comfortable throughout my whole time I was there.
The place was absolutely beautiful and in a plaza with plentiful parking, which is a plus.
The workers greeted me as soon as I walked in, which is what I look for as well. One thing they do highly recommend is to schedule an appointment online. You can also call to schedule. Overall, my experience was wonderful and I will definitely come back.
I went there because a friend recommended me the place, terrible experience. Over charged $50 for a manicure no extensions no acrylic just a manicure with gel polish, if they ended up good i would not complain for the most expensive manicure I ever paid in the area. Overall extremely dissatisfied.
John was awesome!!!! He did an amazing job on my nails exactly what I wanted at first I walked in and the first girl couldn’t shape them correctly so she moved me to him ty god !!!! I’ll be back
It was sooo bad. I had John. He seems like a nice guy. But he didn’t put a top coat on my gel manicure. So now my nails and dull and sticky... I can’t believe it.
I don’t go to this nail salon for my nails, as I do not like how they do acrylic full sets or refills. However I try to still offer my business to them for my pedicures, and their lack of customer service is beyond deplorable. I scheduled three separate appointments, Arrived at all three appointments, to find out that the person I booked with was not there, and would not be coming in. And that I booked well in advance, so if the person was not going to be available, I should have received a phone call to indicate that and to be informed.
The first time, I agreed to go to someone else who did a horrible horrible horrible job. I had to go back the same day, and have my toe fixed, mind you I had gel on my toes. The second time I agreed to go to someone else who came highly recommended, and she actually did a fantastic job, so I decided to book with her again booking out two weeks. I arrive this morning, to find out that she was not in the shop, would not be working. However, no one called me to inform me or to reschedule. I find this to be extremely unprofessional. When I explained my frustration, they nonchalantly just bypassed it and basically told me I could wait and go to someone else. They will not get another dollar out of me, they need to work on your customer service skills.
Third strike is enough for me. I typically don’t even leave reviews. But how I was treated today as if I was not a paying customer just like the others in the shop, all who were white, all who had their appointments honored was enough for me to say never again.
Even though it was quite busy on an early Friday afternoon, I was able to be seen pretty quickly. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure really took her time and was very pleasant. I highly recommend calling ahead before popping in just in case.
Amazing! I had a design idea and I had Sara who helped me bring it to life! Very friendly staff, clean and welcoming!
I want to like this salon but just can’t. First time I went the gel manicure was awful, polish applied thick and uneven, bubbled as dried. Ok, anyone can have an off day. Second time I was yelled at by the technician regarding my gel color selection because it was powder not gel. I tried to tell her the front desk told me it was gel and then the two of them argued about it. The technician then came back to me and snapped that I needed to hurry and pick a color because they were very busy but still couldn’t tell me which colors were specifically gel to choose from. I walked out. This last time I had an appointment, arrived early to pick my color and after an hour I was still waiting. However, a girl who came in after me was seated right away. They kept saying 5 more minutes but I was just left unattended. Again I walked out. So, buyer beware on this one.
