I’ve always heard good things about Charming so I went in for a powder dip. I will not be going back. I had long nails when I went in but my nails aren’t super strong so getting a dip felt like the right choice rather than just painting. I left with short nails so thick I can’t even pick a pen up off of a table. The tech “shaped” them by cutting them off. When I asked him about the thickness I was told that’s how they are supposed to be. Now I have to go pay twice as much to have this garbage taken off my fingers and my nails fixed. Please do not waste your money at this place.
Went here with my friend, I liked how my nails turned out just their attitude was kind of rude. Customers kept coming in and they called for an appointment, (the owner I think) kept saying “ you never called to make an appointment” “is this your phone number” she kept telling them to come back later or just have them wait. It’s very rude to me to act like you don’t know that people called to set up an appointment with you and then lie to them and tell them they never called. It was like 6 customers she did this too, my friend heard her say the same number to customers over and over again “ I called this number “ “ you gave me the wrong number”. I wouldn’t come again.
Walked in for a gel manicure and I’m happy with the result. Quick, clean and cute! Would definitely come back.
I’ve reviewed this place before but thought I’d make an updated review since other people are recommending this salon.

I came here to get my nails done before my wedding last year. Having limited experience with manicures, this place was recommended to me. I had always done my own nails or had a friend do them. The nail tech was distracted the entire time, rude and on his phone a lot. I mentioned my nails didn’t look right and he said they were fine. I should have trusted my gut. They looked better toward the end of the appointment so I wasn’t too worried. A few hours later though, 3 of my fingers were swollen so bad I couldn’t put pressure on them or do anything. The pinky nail fell off and my natural nail was messed up. That night I was in so much pain I was in tears. I called the salon the next morning and they acted like it was my fault and told me they wouldn’t fix it because they were busy. I went to a salon in Salmon Creek and had them removed. My fingers were still swollen and the nail bed was turning blue-ish. The gal that removed them was appalled and told me they looked infected for some reason. The swelling took weeks to go down and healing took months. Luckily I was able to get some cheap press-ons for my wedding (which was 2 days after they were removed). Do NOT go there. I would give them a 0/5 if I could. Rude, unprofessional, and no idea what they’re doing.
My pedicure was torture this last visit. Quinn used a rough grater- like tool and my heel bleed as a result. I had previously asked him not to use it. He was crabby, on top of that.
Just needed my gels removed. Did a great job and only cost $5.
Everyone here is so friendly and they truly aim to please. Very busy place but still remains to be very relaxing. I have never been disappointed in any service I've received here.
I am editing my initial review. I don’t know what’s happened here but I have had to change salons. The last time I went here the person who did my pedicure was very ‘bothered’ to be there at all, cut me like three or four times and my nail polish oxidized after she painted them. I thought about calling them and trying to get my pedicure re done but because of the way I have been treated the last couple of times I’ve been in, I will just kiss this $62.00 good bye and go else where.

Charming Nails is very professional, peaceful, and clean. The customer service is awesome!! I left my old nail salon because of how rude they could be at times, switched to Charming Nail Salon and have never looked back! ????
