Best PlaceJuice Reviews

It was our 1st time there and my daughter got a gel polish manicure on her regular nails and their gel polish didn’t make it a full day before chipping! The pictures are of the next day, 2 days later, and a week later. It’s definitely NOT worth the $35. I hadn’t had my nails done since covid started and I wanted to try something different. I did like the French tip SNS that you see in one of the pictures; however I asked for all white and was convinced to do the French tips, because the nail tech said all white gets dirty. Being that it’s my first time, I listened. However, I didn’t know that it was an up charge for French tips until I got the receipt. I did know that there is an $10 service fee if you spend more than $100, because they have it posted. I wouldn’t mind if the services actually lasted. I don’t think it’s worth going here. I will probably continue to get my SNS, just not here.
I get my nails done every two weeks but my regular nail tech was unavailable. I've always wanted to try this salon so I went in today. I wanted the DND polish Khaki Rose, but their selection was really limited. The nail polishes also looked very old and worn out. I decided to get no polish on my nails as I can just paint them a cream color later. I was charged almost $30 for a basic fill in with NO polish. From start to finish, my nails took literally 20 minutes to do. I've attached a picture of my nails for reference. At this same shop, they charge $33 for a fill in WITH gel polish, so I don't understand why I was charged almost the same price for half the service. (If you're a seasoned nail vet, you know that gel polish is typically an extra $15. This means my nails literally should have been $18-$20 tops). Additionally, she didn't require me to wash my hands before starting on my nails, and that was a little concerning. If you're looking for a shop that has a good color selection and great customer service, go to Cleopatra at Camp Creek or The Exclusive Nail bar. If you want to be taken advantage of while given sub-par nail options, this may be the shop for you. I, on the other hand, will never come here again.
The inside is very beautiful however the Polish does not last. Polish removal on toes and white gel Polish, chipped the next day. My daughter had gel nails and toes and it didn’t last a week. For the price they really need to re evaluate because it’s really a waste of customers money while they profit. I’ll never return.
DO NOT GO HERE! They charge me $140 for a fill in and a pedicure!!! They even charged me for toenail trim ! Toe nail trim is supposed to come with a pedicure! I’ve never in my life paid over 80 dollars for a set especially when I had a fill in with short nails !!! They over charging and adding additional charges in which is not LEGAL! I am reporting them to the BBB and corporate! I need to speak with someone about this !!!
Best nail shop EVER ! The only one I go to, or even feel safe going to. Family orientated. Quick, fast, neat & great work ! I love the whole staff !!
Service was excellent. I just moved to GA and I have had no luck with nail shops. I found this spot, and they did not disappoint. Ladies were nice, courteous, and very caring.
This place is beautiful! There are over 15 spots for technicians and about 20 massage chairs. Complimentary juice and water, plus bathrooms on either side! The decor is gorgeous! I wish theyvhad a movie playing but this place is very relaxing.
The service was friendly and polite. They are open to a lot of requests and can be understanding. I would love to take some people there during valentines if I can.

Quick Facts About Chan & Bay Nail Spa

Chan & Bay Nail Spa has received mixed reviews from customers. Let's examine the strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the weaknesses, the most common complaint is regarding the durability of the nail services. Customers reported that the gel polish chipped within a day or didn't last more than a week. This indicates poor quality and a lack of longevity in their nail services, which can be a major drawback for customers seeking durable and long-lasting manicures. This is particularly disappointing given the relatively high prices charged by the salon.
Another weakness mentioned by customers is the limited selection of nail polish colors. Some customers expressed disappointment that their desired polish was not available, and those that were available appeared old and worn out. Limited options can be a turn-off for customers looking for variety and up-to-date choices.
Pricing is also a concern in the comments. Some customers felt overcharged for the services they received. One customer complained about being charged almost $30 for a basic fill without polish, which was deemed too expensive considering the short duration of the service. Another customer expressed shock at the $140 price tag for a fill-in and pedicure, especially when toe nail trimming should have been included in the pedicure service. Overcharging and unclear additional charges can leave a negative impression on customers and make them feel taken advantage of.
Hygiene is another weakness mentioned by a customer. They noted that the nail technician did not require them to wash their hands before starting on their nails, raising concerns about the cleanliness of the salon. Hygiene and cleanliness are crucial aspects of any nail salon and should be prioritized to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
Moving on to the strengths, some customers have had positive experiences with the customer service at Chan & Bay Nail Spa. They mentioned that the staff was friendly, polite, and caring, creating a pleasant atmosphere during their visit. This is a strength that can attract customers who value good customer service and a positive experience.
The salon's interior décor is also praised by customers. It is described as beautiful, relaxing, and well-designed. With over 15 spots for technicians, 20 massage chairs, complimentary beverages, and well-maintained bathrooms, the salon provides a comfortable and visually pleasing environment for customers to enjoy during their visit. The attention to aesthetics and comfort is a strength that can appeal to customers looking for a luxurious and enjoyable nail salon experience.
Based on the comments, it is evident that Chan & Bay Nail Spa has both strengths and weaknesses. While they have a beautiful salon and friendly staff, they need to address issues with durability, limited color selection, pricing transparency, and hygiene to provide a more satisfactory experience for their customers.
