No refund or exchange for an unopened unused product returned 2 days later is ridiculous I didn’t even want my money back I just simply wanted to replace the flat iron with the correct size needed for my hair which costs more but I was super rudely told I couldn’t do so the policy is unreasonable the customer service is terrible and everything in there is double if not triple what you’d pay for the same products anywhere else and that’s if they have anything good nothing special about this store other than the location and now I see why their employees don’t last whoever owns this money pit needs to do better you definitely lost 1 today may not be much to you but the money I spend will definitely keep the business going somewhere else

Clean environment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. There is a large assortment of hair products to chose from. Love it!

this was my fav hair store but y’all gotta get rid of that rude girl at the counter. if you ask her questions she responds like she doesn’t want to help .. like girl if you don’t like your job get a new one tf

Love this hair store. Definitely get many of my wigs from here. They have a wide selection of wigs, hair and makeup.

Honestly I love this store and they have a pretty nice selection. But there's one problem... one of the workers tends to be a bit annoying, I don't know her name. I think she just tries a little too hard to be friendly

So i always shop here but there is a new girl there i don't know her name and I understand your trying to be helpful. But following me around while I am trying to find the right hair and suggesting things that I do not want is not a good look. Usually time if I tell the workers I am ok I will call if I need them they say ok and go on. She said ok and then try to get me to get cheaper wigs that i didn't care for. If I say I want something lace don't tell me "All wigs look the same and try to give me something cheaper" Not very happy and probably won't go back there or if I do I don't want that type of help ????????????Sorry just being honest.
