"Old school barber shop" no way. Stopped by today to get a trim. Walked in to a empty shop. The person on duty informed me he had appointments scheduled and I would have to come back. I'm sorry but I have never made an appointment in my life to get a hair cut. What is this a beauty salon? All these places calling themselves barber shops taking appointments. Sorry but in my opinion you call yourself a barber shop it should be first come first serve.
I was very impressed with this cute little barber shop. The barbers were really cool and made me feel comftorable like I was going to my buddy's place just to hang out. Rebecca is an outstanding barber and everyone at my job and my friends raved at how nice my hair looked.
Was waiting for my ride to come after having lunch next door at the brooklyn bagel spot. I was sitting on the empty bench outside this empty barbershop. The lady barber who reeked of smoke came out and wanted to sit down and smoke her ciggarette. So she asked me to leave unless i wanted a haircut. I get it if there were customers. Pretty rude. My boys and I need a haircut every 3 weeks. Plenty of other non rude places.

Went in to get my sides fixed up after a not so good cut at another location. The staff Immediately knew how I wanted my sides cut and explained everything he was doing along the way. Had a great conversation and very reasonable prices! Best barber I’ve been to in Sarasota.
