Since so far service is on time as they said. Sometimes they forgot about garlic sauce. And add some tomatoes - please look at salad that's ridicules 1 Slice of tomato. ????So I've made a bit upgrade .lol

Slowest service imaginable. 3 or 4 minutes to even be acknowledged when the place was empty. Order online and turn up and they haven't started cooking your food yet then ask you on what system you ordered it. Best calling ahead hours in advance if you want to pick your meal up from here to give them time to make it. Despite all that the food is good so no qualms there.

Ordered my dinner 35 mins ago on the app ... just received a call to tell me they have no food to complete my order.... absolute joke!! I had 3 separate kebabs delivered 3 weeks ago also wrong each time hence the 3 deliveries.... I'm a chef.... and I've never came across such a poorly run establishment... not to mention the draft wee girl on the phone who's attitude stinks and doesn't know the difference between naan bread and pitta bread!!!STAY WELL CLEAR.... 0 OUT OF 10..... DISGRACE!!!!!! DINT DESERVE THE 1 STAR IVE HAD TO GIVE!!!!!

Well for first The Joint has Just Started noe that long. Some food can be improved but the Pizzas are pretty good I would recommend the pizzas. But yeah I recommend that u go down this Fast food Joint and try it for ur self.

Waited nearly two hours for a delivery only to get the food that wasn't all that warm, a snide half portion of chips and cheese, half cooked fritters dripping in grease, and a burnt pizza! Plus I was quoted the wrong price and was told I'd only wait 20-25 minutes! Poor in every standard! For the above reasons I won't be ordering from here again. Wouldn't recommend this so called Fast food restaurant to anyone!

Everything was wrong with this!!! Ordered and was told 40mins...it was two hours and this was after a call to find out where is was! Food was cold! When I opened to check and grease ran out from the wrapper from around the salad and stained my jeans and sofa! Felt sorry for delivery driver who said this happens all the time and they face the brunt of it! My partner called to complain first time manager shouted just hang up to the girl who had answered! Second call back manager was rude told us it wasn't his fault and he does want customer like us! Well from most reviews people don't want a take away like you!!! Will NEVER be back! Learn how to treat customer you rude rude man!

Thought we would give this a try, food was over cooked, like chewing sawdust. No sauce with pakora or kebabs, phoned the shop to be told they couldn't do anything about that ????‍♀️ customer service the same as babylon, will not be using again.

Fed up giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Other than being reasonably priced and having decent combos of meal deals everything else is a massive let down. They are consistently late, get orders wrong and the get food is always cold. I literally have nothing constructive to say about this place. It has been progressively worse and worse over the past couple of years. Don't waste your money.
