We were a bit skeptical on our arrival based on the mixed reviews online. We booked the king suite with jacuzzi tub for Valentines Day. Overall we really enjoyed our experience. Some reviews say things like mold, bugs, etc. Our experience was not the same. We did not see any mold or bugs in our room at all. We checked & cleaned our jacuzzi before using it, but we were pretty happy to see it worked well and it was pretty clean already.

The facility could use a bit of update/ maintenance. A bit of peeling wallpaper, some cracks in the flooring, just small stuff like that. The jacuzzi water was nice and hot! Also just a suggestion to update some of the linens, which didn’t necessarily seem stained, just old and kind of dingy.

The woman at the front desk was very kind, helpful, and patient. We were very grateful for her hospitality. However, I did speak to a gentleman on the phone prior to our check in, and he did come off a bit abrupt and rude as other reviewers have mentioned.

Overall we enjoyed our experience and would come back, would also recommend the jacuzzi suite for someone looking for a romantic night with a lower price tag. The jacuzzi was really beautiful with all of the mirrors and tile around it.

The motel looks nice from the front. Our room was in the 2 story building in the back. The entrance door was replaced with bare plywood, people smoking in front and shopping carts laying around in the parking lot. The hallway reeked of smoke and was quite dirty. The room itself was reasonably clean, but everything could use work. The walls were thin and the bed was noisy, cold and uncomfortable. Never again!

The walls were dirty, there were holes in the ceiling I was accused of smoking in our room because our windows were open. The hallway looked like a crackhouse. There was dust everywhere. There's noway they clean there room regularly. It was quiet but smelled horrible. The shower had blackmold around it alonf with the bathroom celing. Def will not return there for a 2nd stay.

I feared for my life staying here. A sign on the door that read "For your own safety, please bolt the door" set the tone. People screaming, fighting, shouting racial slurs. The door to the property is open for anyone to come in. I reserved a suite but got a normal room. If I could rate 0 stars I would— this place needs to be condemned.

My husband uses it as he’s a truck driver so room is clean enough but i left A star off because they. Asked me to email my credit card or fax it - which is not a good idea or legal

CHEAP FOR A REASON! Entry was a battle, door jammed , wife almost broke her wrist trying to force open before I pushed with all my body weight and burst through. Floor board at entry sticking up and almost tripped over as I came through the door. Bathroom door handle broken so door doesn't close. Sink faucet moves all over when touched. Crack dealers name and number wrote on the wall below tv. Specifically reserved room with bed and sleeper sofa for 2 ADULTS and 1 CHILD. When asked for more than the 2 pillows provided on bed for adults and a Blanket for my child was told they WILL NOT provide them so in the middle of the Noreaster that we were there to take shelter from I had no choice but to drive and buy my son a blanket and pillow. Bed was horrible, like jail mattress and the fog and tv next door all day and night so nobody got much sleep. Walls trashed, Bathroom gross, and floors haven't been cleaned so Moses parted the sea.

Staff not overly friendly, went to take a shower and had no hot water. Hallway smelled of marijuana, DSS housing, appearance not good. Plywood over broken door. Room had a bad smell. Just not a good experience. Was quoted one price and charged another. I would not recommend staying here.

Positive: Absolutely disgusting. This place should not be in business. If my flight had not arrived so late, I would have left and found another place to stay right then. Unfortunately I had to sleep there for a few hours before finding other accomodations. Negative: Plywood front door, carpet peeling up, yellowed bed linens, dust and dead bugs on the floor in our room. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke and there were tweakers in the parking lot at 3AM.
