Excellent service! First time taking my pet there for grooming and never rushed me to pick her up. They did an amazing job with her grooming and would recommend this place to everyone. My pet was well taken care of and I’ll be back there for all her needs. She also came out with cute bows! Thank you!

The people there are so nice and really care about your fur babies. We adopted a yrokie from a family member in California, his hair was long and matted. They gave him a good cut and he was so happy. He also has an extra dew claw that I was worried they might over look and cut him because his hair was so long, but no they were very careful and he still had his extra toe.

I had two dogs who hate Thier nail cut.

My dogs were brats and the people there were so kind and caring

Terrible Terrible place. Don't take your pup's here. We had to put our little guy down because they pulled his back leg out of his socket and they tried to lie about it. We put him down because our vet said it would be too difficult for a 13 year old dog to go through surgery and then rehab.

I took my my 1 year old puppy to get groomed there. My current groomer was on medical leave. I dropped her off at 9 and got no call that she was ready. I called at 1:30 pm and was put on hold for several minutes. Finally she came on the phone and said yes she is ready. I got there at 2 pm to pick her up and waited for 5 minutes to get her. When she brought her too me she was so frightened and did not recognize me. I immediately grabbed in and put her in my arms. The lady said sorry but we cut her elbow! I looked at her elbow and they cut the whole edge of her elbow skin off. They put Benadine and her elbow and skin glue. I was so Disgusted and took my dog away. They could have called me to let me know what happened and I could have taken her to the vet immediately! I do not recommend and would never take a dog there!!! Horrible and shame on the owners!!!

Dodger loves his visits I love taking him he's always handsome and smells so fresh and snuggable!

Four months ago they actually groomed my dog and they did a great job $150. He is very large with a lot of hair. Today, they simply shaved him and charged me $190!! I will NEVER go to this shop again! Extremely disappointed!
