Went in today for a fill. This is my third time getting a fill there. I was charged $46 for a fill. Not sure why since the pricing on the wall clearly is not $46. I think it said $26. I wasn't charged that much last month or the month before. The person that did my nails did a job. I knew I was getting overcharged but I still tipped her $10. I didn't feel the need to bring it up because knew what she was doing and at the end of the day I'm not going to be getting my nails done there again. I'll take my $$ elsewhere. Any suggestions on where to go?
Have not been to anyplace for my nails in ages and definitely not since covid. My mom had never had hers nails done but I received great treatment there a few years ago. We decided to go again for nails and toes for my sister's wedding and were thrilled with the results!
So, i went to another nail place and my nails was uneven and nasty. I come here and Kim redone them. Let me tell you, she is amazing! She reshaped them and colored and also put snowflakes on bother my ring fingers... My husband got a pedicure done, he enjoyed it and the gal was gentle with him. We will come back to this place...
I love going to get my nails done there! I have been going for years and have never had a bad experience. Micheal who does my nails is amazing and his wife is also very talented! They opened early to do my daughter’s entire wedding party! Always nice and polite. My husband even goes in for pedicures! Love them!
I went to get my nails done today and the lower level store said there's be a long wait. Ok so I went up stairs to the other store. I said all I wanted was a new set. The lady immediately says" Oh no, I don't have time for that today." They weren't even busy. Guess they all don't want my business. ????
I love the way they did both but let me tell you better have the money because it seems like each time I go the price is different lol and there are not even signs in the business of the prices so how the hell you know ???????????? but I keep going back ????????
Went in today they told me 2 hours came BK in 2 hours still waited another 30 then when I got in chair my old nails needed to b taken off so he tells me to move over to next booth and I did and this man gets another lady and started doing her nails I'm tired of Topeka mall n they weak stores they hv bad customers service I just got up n left I will never spent my money here again period
My daughter and I went in to get pedicures and manicures. However the man that did my pedicure was rough, and rushed through my service. Rough with scrubbing with nail brush, rough with filing, rough with wiping towel. didn't clean my nails and used maybe a quarter size lotion to massage. He seemed irritated with me not paying attention to him.I wanted to get a mani too but nevermind. My daughters experience was much better. I wont be returning.
