This was first time here and let me tell you customer service was excellent. First of all I showed up late on a Sunday they close at 5 , I was there at 5:20 and the the older gentleman that was there opened the door for me and worked on my nails. He was also really fast and did an amazing job. I also thought the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back because of the excellent and friendly customer service. You should give them a try. Thank you .
It was my first time at this salon. The quality is not good. The nail polish looks sheer in some areas. I definitely could have had a few more coats. The gel is on my fingers or past my nail bed. I would not recommend, it seemed like the manicure was being rushed and she was very rough.
Love this nail salon manger (William) I believe is his name always dose my nails I love his work ! This is my go to all the time ❤️???????????? The second picture was taken three weeks after that’s why they look like that love his work enough said ❤️
My sisters and I decided to try Cali Nails since our original salon seemed to get sloppy. I am so excited we decided to try them. Customer service was excellent, our nails came out beautiful. The salon is clean, pedicure chairs and bowls are clean and they use liners in the bowl which I like. When have been coming for 3 months now and will continue to come.
I came in late 1 hr before closing and Leo did my nails and they turned out amazing! He even stayed later to do my toes for me He did color acrylic powder on both my nails and toes and I love them so much. They’ll last so much longer and they look natural. I definitely recommend them. Leo was very professional, friendly and worked fast .
Very nice people. I love my gel nails! So PERFECT. William is awesome. This is the only nail salon I could find that is clean! Def recommend.
Also, I felt compelled to update my review based on an overly dramatic one from certain people who attempt to make a scene at a business. In general, my impression of the individuals I have encountered when getting my nails done is that they're hard working people and most are of Asian descent. I see how some nail techs are spoken to by rude customers who have no sense of respect just because the techs are not fluent in English. Picture putting your time and energy into providing a service only to have some chick refuse to pay for it. How lame are you to try to scam people who are trying to make a living. Do you eat half of the food at a restaurant then ask for a refund at the end as well?
i came in for a acrylic removal. instead of soaking my nails in acetone like ever other nail salon i’ve been too does.
he uses a the fake (acrylic) nail to removal my acrylics!!! like what it hurt so bad cause he was scraping my real nail my fingers were bleeding so bad & he kept using this green liquid that wasn’t even helping & made it worse they didn’t even have bandages so i had to walk out with paper towels on my fingers, i also had to pay full price. for making someone bleed ? that’s not right i should’ve had to pay at all. this salon was a joke & now my fingers look disgusting. they’re so in a rush & to such a horrible job
This is hands down the best salon you can go to for nails, pedicures & waxing... I've done it all and they are awesome! Try them out you won't be disappointed
