The BEST place in The Villages to get a haircut!!

The staff is always friendly. It’s clean as a whistle and most importantly, you get what you ask for!!

The barbers here are all very professional and know what they’re doing!

Especially my guy… Jeff. I’ve got kinda tricky hair to work with and I’m particular about it. Jeff keeps all this in mind and always delivers!

Jeff Is a great guy. Very friendly and interesting to converse with. He listens to my directions and gives me a fantastic haircut! Cal’s in Lake Sumter is the place to go!

Absolutely fantastic place with the greatest staff. If you value a family vibe, then look no further as this is very family appropriate. I’ve been looking for a long while for a barbershop to go to as I’m sick of the dive vibe with hairstylists trying to practically date you while being over the top with low end mentalities. This place is top notch and has my trust/business. ????????????

Called and was asked to make an appointment which I did. Arrived 4 minutes before appointment and was told Judy would be right with me. 15 minutes later Judy finished up and left the shop. After 20 minutes I asked one of the free barbers if making an appointment and then waiting more than 20 minutes was normal. He asked who my appointment was with. When I told him he pointed outside and said, “There she is, sitting outside on the bench!”

I understand needing a break but how about some simple communication?

This is a Mickey Mouse organization. Buyer beware.

Very rude and made me feel immediately unwelcome. There was some sort of mix-up with my appointment, which was made through their online system. I never found out what exactly the problem was because the older woman working immediately took an aggressive tone and sat another walk-in before me. She then loudly, in front of other customers, said "I don't know what to say" to me and turned her back. I walked straight out and will not be back to this chain. Not what I've come to expect in the Villages. The shop looked pretty dirty and disorganized as well.

Waitress was not bad she was by herself. They need to get more help. The guy bringing out some of our food dropped 1 plate and it went one 2 of us. Some people left because no one helped them.

Inexpensive cut, and the results show. No option to have hair washed at this location. I would not recommend a cut here unless you're looking for something very basic.

I got a great haircut. The atmosphere is friendly & professional. I'll definitely go back.
