This was earlier this year.
I was recommended to this place since I was new to the area. I really wanted eyelash extensions and it was hard for me to find a place. I went to Cacie nails a few times and each and every time my nostrils were on fire. Which has never happened at my last spot. I kept giving them chances hoping that next time would be better. My lashes NEVER looked like the picture, and I was paying 70$ plus tip. The place was also uninviting, outdated, and extremely DUSTY! Even the water machine was covered in dust.
FINALLY, went to a new place, and they accessed my lashes. THEY COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAW!
They said that, what I most likely had on my eyes, was hair glue. Due to the clumpy and tacky consistency. And which was why my nostrils burned so bad, from the fumes.
Do not go here! They are not trained at all to do lashes. And I am scared that, they will actually hurt someone with their unethical practices.
The ladies at Cacie Nails are always warm and welcoming - I come here often with my 4 year old daughter to get pedicures (she gets her hands and toes painted) and they are always super sweet and attentive towards not only me but my daughter as well. Prices are super affordable - a spa pedicure ranges from $35 to $55 and they don’t charge $20 extra for shellac like most places do!
I love coming here after trying several places nearby and recommend it ????
Hannah used to be very good at doing my eyelashes and now they look horrible and she only takes 30 minutes they all come out in a week. Several times my card was charged twice and for higher amounts I did get the money back after her denying it. I will no longer be going here such a shame because I have been going to her for years and always gave her generous tips. Recently she did my nails and they were all different lengths and slanted .
It's really hard to find a good nail salon for the right price and quality especially here in the southend area. I've tried many places in Kent and Auburn but the experience I've had here at Cacie has me convinced and I definitely plan on coming back. Highly recommend!Ask for Hannah! She does an amazing job Fill and Shellac for $33.00...DEALS!!!
great place, the girls are so nice! hanna is amazing at lashes and nails! I will never go anywhere else. definitely make an appointment, they do walk ins but of course appointments come first!
Hannah is the best nail tech in Auburn! Especially if you’re looking for natural-looking acrylic nails. She pays extra attention to detail and always makes time for her clients. She will fill any request her clients make and the quality is always amazing!
The Owner, Hannah, went out of her way to help get me a full set of beautiful lashes before I left for Hawaii. I was blown away by how beautiful they are & the price is unbeatable. I highly recommend going here for lashes!
This Nail Spa is reasonably priced. I enjoyed my visit there with Hannah she is very good at what she does, nice lady.
