I loved them they did such a good job
Weak gel. Bendy nails. Use the tool even after I told them that my nails were too thin to do that with. Rough edges snagging clothing.

Horrible Horrible experience!!.. went in for acrylic nails to be added to my natural fingers and toe nails..The older guy who did my finger nails didn't even speak to me was very short and kinda of rude!!...He did a horrible job on my nails...I asked him for acrylic nails which cost $35 on their price list not gel nails which cost $45 and he said OK he will do acrylic nails...but learned later he claimed he did gel nails SMH!! ..Ok now when he was done with my nails.. he told me to go to the pedicure chair so they could start my toe nails...The older lady kept saying you got your fingers nails done..now you want a manicure plus fake toe nails ..wow...that's gonna cost too much money for you.....Its gonna cost lot of money..she kept saying it over and over.....I'm like that's fine..I told her my hubby wants a pedicure as well..he's on his way here.....The lady kept saying a lot of money..its gonna be a lot of money...like she just assumed I didn't have money...you shouldn't get acrylic on your toe nails..just paint them cheaper ..for you..just paint your toe nails..no acrylic added..I said...no..I want acrylic nails added PLEASE!!.....I was on the phone with my husband to see how far he was from the shop...my hubby heard the lady saying all this in the background!!....My hubby decided he wasn't comfortable coming into the shop to get a pedicure...I went ahead and skipped my pedicure as well..we wanted to have our pedicure done together....I decided to just have my toe's done...A younger lady came over to do my toe's she did a great job!!..... she did take time out to talk to me and treated me like a human un like the older guy who did my finger nails no communication what so ever..He only ask me what I wanted..that was it!!..so awkward sitting in his chair...but anyhoot..when the lady was done with my toes she painted them and told me it was $45 because I wanted acrylic nails added to my natural toe nails that was OK but when I looked at the price list again for acrylic toe nails it cost $35 ...when I go to check out they charge me 100$ I asked them why it cost a total of 100$ ... she looked at the older guy and said something in their language and he told her in english I asked him to do gel nails and gel nail polish which cost 55$ total
..I did not ask for gel nails or gel nail polish..what he told her was a LIE!!...I asked for acrylic nails with regular nail polish and the lady also told me for my toes she charged me for gel nail polish which cost extra $10..the price for my toes
was $45 not 35$..but I specifically ask for regular nail polish on my toes and she said ok..when I mentioned this to both of them over and over...They tried to argue with me like I was the one in the wrong!!...I pointed out the prices on their price list..and told them this is what I ASK for when I First walked in ..this is what I ASK for when I sat down in your chairs...They both ignore the prices on their price list..and kept saying no we gave you gel nails it cost more... don't gel nail look nicer?... We gave you gel nails!....it cost more......I said no I did not want gel nails or gel nail polish..they both say yes... you want gel nail..yes you want gel nail...... I got so fed up and just paid them!!....I will NEVER EVER come back to this nail salon!!..What a RIP off and plus the older guy did a horrible horrible job on my finger nails..one of my nails already cracked... nail polish already chipping .....take my advice and go to better nail salon where they don't lie and switch up on their prices...Lost a customer over greed..what a shame!!
Suri is fast, does excellent work and knows how to keep my nails heathy!
I called and made an appointment and showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointed time to be told i needed to wait an additional 45 minutes, from my appointed time, to be seen. No explanation was given as to why and the lady wasn't concerned that I chose not to wait. I refuse to patronize businesses that aren't professional.
We waited for 30 minutes just to get into the shop. They didn’t notice we were there until we stood up. The girl who did my nails was on her phone while doing my nails. She burped in my face and was extremely rude and rough with my hands. They did not give me the shape color or Length of the nails I showed her. It would’ve cost $20 extra to have her paint different colors on my nails. I showed her a picture of how short I wanted my nails and when I asked her to go shorter she sighed at me. She hit the nail and sighed when I said ouch. She rushed through my nails and they are uneven. She was so rude and I am never going back.
Great Services
Saved my nails from a crisis of epic proportion... Seriously. Please make sure to visit this location and not the one in Northpark Mall. I had to find this out the hard way. In no way are these two nail shops affiliated.
