I usually come to this beauty supply for years actually but I went today and it was one last item that was a display item. I asked was it discounted because typically display items are discounted. The lady sarcastically said no it’s not just because it’s being out there and touched doesn’t make it any different from any other item. When she could’ve simply said no. Then she proceeded to start talking in her language to her CO worker right away which is evident she was being sassy. Nonetheless I won’t be coming again it’s a beauty supply literally at the other end of the road with better customer service
The guy at the register was really nice. But when I was checking out the wigs. The older lady was very rude. Not coming back.
Every time i go this store, the old asian lady wanna argue, her attitude and costumer service sucks. I don’t know why i keep coming to this store, the other family is wonderful. Today, she was so into her dame phone she wasn’t even hearing what i was asking her just pointing to an aisle. When i told her it’s not there but behind the counter, IM LITERALLY LOOKING AT THE THING IM ASKING ABOUT, she keep cutting me off and talking over me. Great store but i don’t think i’m ever coming back especially if that old lady is working the counter.
The man is rude!!! He says stuff under his breath. He thinks every black person is stealing. At the end of me checking out I said see you later he said “ I hope not” I said excuse me? He says nothing. But I heard him!
After reading the reviews on here and yelp, I don't know WHY African American females patronize this place. They are SO RUDE! I went in there and was looked at like I didn't belong. No, "Can I help you." Then I had to ask an older lady if she worked there so as not to be racist & assume that since she was Asian that she worked there. Then she just said yes and didn't even give me eye contact. She really didn't seem to want to engage with me. Then I asked her about box braided wigs and she just pointed to an area where I obviously didn't have access to and walked away. IF you don't want to engage with AA women, maybe you should cater to white people products because you obviously don't want us in your stores either because you think we will steal your products or you just don't like black people. I WILL NOT ever walk into another C & C Beauty & Beyond ANYWHERE or any other place run by Asians unless they employ an African American female, which there are some, who can help us since they obviously are uncomfortable with us in their establishment. At least they are giving back to our community by hiring people that look like their clientele & not just trying to profit off of people they treat like ****. I'd rather pay more elsewhere than put one cent in their pockets!
I go to this beauty supply store from time to time. They have a lot of crochet hair, weave and products. I used to rely on a certain larger & longer pack of Bobbi Boss crochet hair but they stopped ordering it. Not sure if it's because of BB or what... but that's my only complaint. They're a nice family.
They have all the hair products that I need. The store is organized as well.
I like this beauty supply, they have everything! And the owners/workers were very friendly and most helpful. They also had coffee knee hi which I got a few for my mom. Couldn't find elsewhere, thank you
