I usually love this place and one of the older ladies that does my eyebrow threading. However i had a new woman today and i am absolutely devastated. She ruined my eyebrows. They are razor thin now with no shape. I want to cry. Will never go back.

Strongly recommend visiting to Brow and Lash in Portage. Though all technicians in this salon are master in their work but having Faiza is a feather in the cap. Her professional attitude and client handling skills are admiring.

You certainly have to wait for a while if you want services from her but that’s worth it!! It’s like - wait to get best out of all.

Mahi I think was her name, shs is very professional, did an excellent job even before explaining, she new what I needed and the look of my eye brows. She transformed them within minutes. Thank you, you have gained a new regular costumer. Am a happy costumer, it’s more than a 5 star.

I absolutely love Faiza. I've been a customer since she worked at a franchise in the mall years ago. Her work is above all else in the area. She does my Brazilian wax, lashes, eyebrow threading and tint, as well as my henna tattoos. She's the best and price are reasonable. I can't see myself going anywhere else!
