Extremely disappointing.
The stylist gave a cut on my lip.
And straight off says you are moving too much and your fault.
She was being on video phone call thru out my appointment.
No courtesy instead blaming me.
When I requested to not be on video call and focus on the service, she gave me very bad look and rushed to finish off and gave a cut.
Extremely BAD.
I will not reccommend anyone to go for the service here.
I got tinted eyebrows for the 1st time. She's neat with threading. The tint was a bit out of alignment on one of my brows but after using tooth paste and everything to get that out of spot it was good.
Worst service ever. She was on phone with loudspeaker on tte whole while and kept screaming in my ear. Gave me a cut and didn’t even bother to say sorry. Said it was my fault.

Went in for brow tinting and threading. She threaded most of my eyebrow off and the tint job was messy with no clean arches. Let alone she stopped to use the bathroom while doing them. Used to love this place not anymore.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Last time going there. They don't know what they doing in there. Waxing or threading. They really need to be shut down how they be doing people. Go to the nail salon. Overpriced brow lace to look a mess in the eyebrows.
I would not recommend this place they messed my eyebrows up so many times I tired to give them a chance again but my eyebrows were so thin when they got done I had to ask for my money back . They also out there sign where Antique Brow use to be and that’s where I was going. Seem like they were trying to steel there clients . DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I’m so glad I found Antique brow Across the street they always get my eyebrows to look good after this place messes them up . And the lady that did my brows at brow art tried to argue with me about me not liking my eyebrows. GO TO ANTIQUE BROW
Was not happy with my experience and service. I only went here because the place that I normally go to get my eyebrows done was closed. When I walked in Brow Art 23 the person who was there was doing someone else's eyebrows but she didn't even greet or acknowledge me. When she was done servicing the person ahead of me she didn't sanitize and wipe off the chair nor did she even put hand sanitizer on prior to doing my eyebrows. Let me also add that her body odor was not good and she also was on her cell phone while she was doing my eyebrows. The inside of the store did not look clean either. Very unprofessional and I will NOT be back or recommend anyone to go here.
I have to say Goldy is the best at threading I have ever had! She is always so welcoming and caring when I come to get my brows done and I only trust her with my brows! Thank goodness I found a great lady to do my brows! Highly recommend her and I return 2 times a month!
