Kady is the gal for the job for sure. She did a great job on my hair after almost a year and a half of growth. 10/10 would recommend.

Christin first booked my husband and my son for a haircut. When we were there, the store was closed at that time. We called the following week. Then Christin booked them again. This time when we got there, the store was open but Christin did not show up for work that day. Instead of helping us out, the other people just told us they are all fully booked. Our appointment was at 1PM, the store opens in the morning. Shouldn’t someone have called us and save us a trip? Apparently there is no customer service here. Management is horrible. Booking is all messed up and the woman Christin can not be more unprofessional.

I cannot put a worsen feedback. One star is a huge credit for them. I came to have a haircut and was first surprised by 5 bucs price hike making it $35. Also I learned that it doesn't include hair wash which was $4 more making it $39. Then a hairdresser named Linda asked if I wanted hair washed before or after which was an inappropriate thing to ask - of course before or both wouldda been a right question. Then I specifically asked to use the scissors and ONLY shave my neck with the clipper. She started and of 30 mins of the haircut she used the clipper for 20 mins or so. When I asked to correct, she started giving me the attitude like “I have my style and all” which I didn't agree and shortly after asked to finish and left. Worth mentioning that the salon was of an industrial style with rusted walls and floor, with horns on the walls and as an entertainment they ran "The Call" movie which couldn't have been more inappropriate. On my comments the hairdresser only got more irritated by saying something like "I work here". Walking back I texted my feedback to a number on a card she gave me and when I was crossing the street a black SUV cut me off 2 times screaming I was an a..e. Then later I tracked that SUV parked next to the salon. Then later I received a call from the police asking the details which I gave. They assured I was in no problem. Basically they took an initiative by calling the police but considering their acting out on the street with their SUV, screaming insults in presence of witnesses was a dumb thing to do. I'll raise hell to hold them accountable by at least reporting them in all agencies, so that to start with they would be given a hard time for running their business that way. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE REAL BAD DISTURBED PEOPLE THAT SOONER OR LATER WILL BE OF THE POLICE INTEREST.

Showed up for an appointment I made 3 days earlier with a nice lady on the phone. I forgot my barbers name, but thankfully the nice barber who was closest to me was able to figure out his name, which was mundo(sorry if I spelled that wrong). When I said my name and that the 4 pm appointment, he said that they didn't have me in the books. Even though I could show the call log on my phone to prove that I did call, it didnt matter. The nice barber did offer me an open spot at 6:30. But seeing how my wife is in a Walker after giving birth to our newborn son and needs my help around the clock, it's just not possible with my schedule ????. I really looked forward to my haircut here after seeing the amazing pictures! But I'm disappointed by what has happened and wont be coming back. Wish you the best guys. Hope my feedback fuels an improvement in the way you book current and future clients!

I no longer live in Orange County, but I started going to Brians Barber shop when they were a few doors down in the same line of businesses.

The prices are reasonable and every barber that has cut me has been more than capable. I highly suggest these guys if you want to look good. I have referred many friends and family here. Make an appointment trust me.

Great place. Very talented barbers, especially Jason. Appointments highly recommended. Still the same since last review.

Best barber I have been to in years. Been there 2 times and haven't been disappointed. Brian has done my hair both times. I have difficult hair to cut ... specially the way I like it. I can't speak for the other barbers there but nobody left complaining while I was there. I plan to keep returning!
