Been coming here for a while now, the ladies are accommodating, friendly and efficient majority of the time. Luopou is always pleasant and she cares about her customers. My last style were small box braids butt length with the wavy ends they were ???????????? I loved my braids and so did everyone else. Thanks again Ladies!
They gave me EXACTLY What I wanted, They were all awesome, we laughed, joked and smiles. The price wasn't over the top and my hair is Beautiful!!!!
This was my 1st visit/service. I drive all the way from Woodstock for a 7am appointment. They were on time, professional, had a great attitude for that early service and completed my hair in 3.5 hours. I got small knotless braids with a color and bohemian curls added in. I love it and will definitely be back. Thank you❤️

The four stars are for every braid shop under the sun ???? can y’all update ( better chairs for long periods of seating, a real operating wash bowl, a customer friendly restroom, updated pictures ????, etc…) for a fresher more comfortable/clean feel and look? I regret the standards haven’t been set so low for such pricey services.
Very dissatisfied with the way my crochet hair turned out! Lou knew she didn't complete my entire head and yet she charged me the full price. I woke up the next day with a headache because she tried to sow the back of the hair tightly so it would look like it was full in the back. When i looked in the mirror i saw where she didn't complete my hair at all. She ran the thread across zigzag so I wouldn't be able to tell.I was unable to pin my hair up because of the way she braided it also. I feel sorry for people that try to get over on customers.
I called them at 10:15 am and they had me in the chair by 10:35 am. I got medium box braids within 3 hour. Beautiful braids. Very professional, yet family oriented environment. I love this place. I will definitely come back.
Loupou and staff do a great job, they're work is very neat and professional I am a customer that's been coming back for over 20 years and I will continue to come back as long as God will.
When I got there, there was no one available to do my hair. The owner called her sister, and she got there in about 20 minutes. I asked for medium box braids and got just that. They braided my hair super fast and my head wasn't sore at all. I will definitely go back. Also, the price was pocket friendly.
