Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Janai is our (mom, my daughter and myself) nail technician she’s flexible, friendly, a conversationalist, kind and is great in what she do. She serves a wide range of clientele. She’s that special person for all occasions and all style’s!
Paij really got my nails together. I wanted bakugou nails and she was able to come up with a great design that still looks mature! Fair pricing and great attention to detail.
The owner jackee blue took 3hrs just to do my fill in and cut down????????she kept stopping, watching tv,and took a break to talk to her cousin.not to mention it was only 2 of us in the shop at the time.she did do a good job she was just way to slow it should have never took that long for a job that simple
Mz Jackie is a lady who loves her community by offering a service that brings outstanding value of black men and women
Great experience! John Mac and Bob made a stressful experience less stressful and very satisfying. They were patient, detailed and seemed to have everything together for me when I got there.....after several phone call from me. I would definitely recommend and shop again! Thank you!
Jackie Blue is still THE BEST NAIL TECH/OWNER on the westside. I called and got a last minute appointment today and she knocked my nails OUT THE BOX. I would highly recommend this professional black owned shop. YOU'RE THE BEST!
Poor poor poor Everything. Clearly this place doesn't deserve ONE star. They don't want to take you when you're a walk-in and pass you around like you're a bad cold. Saying things like, "I'm not really at work." VERY unprofessional. Call at 5pm and ask when they are taking their last client after seeing they close at 7pm, they're leaving early and wanna set up appointments for the next day. This is at FIVE O'CLOCK. They tell you to take your own polish off (Which I'm not doing and never have), and if they have a client coming in who's Late, they'd rather Wait for that client and turn down the walk-in there who's ready to pay. I will Never Ever go back there Or recommend anyone else either. I've given them 3 chances already and it's the same mess. The work was OK the 1st time. The next was good, I liked the way she shaped my nails, and the last girl laid a lumpy full set. I shouldn't see Where you actually laid the extra acrylic to shape the nail. The attitude and poor customer service is a NoGo for me. This is the Main reason why it's hard to patronize in the Black owned businesses.
I wanted to love this place sooooo bad, unfortunately that's not the case. I've been here twice and loved the outcome of my nails however this location seriously lacks professionalism and customer service. I'm kinda new to the Chicago area and I fully support black owned businesses (I'm use to going to my family back home for my nail/hair services) which is why I chose to visit this location. I came in both times as a walk in and the services was not professional at all. Booking an appointment is hard as well. I love to have girly outings with my friends and family and although I love my nails end result, I'd be a bit embarrassed to bring my friends and family here. I guess my search for a good black owned nail shop continues. Overall these nail techs are talented but should work on professionalism and invest in their shop.
