I error was made in my shirt making and I asked if he could fix it and he said no I didn’t want any money back just a reprint! Did even ask if I wanted a remake and pay for it! Never will get my service again
Not thrilled with the lack of communication. Preorder shirts months in advance and didn't know what they would look like till few days before our event.
Called for weeks on advance to see and just kept getting told I gotchu and call next week.
We were happy with finished product but thank God we were because otherwise there was no time for corrections.
Got lots of compliments on our shirts!
Store has a lot of cool, artistic attire. Huge selection of music. The Freestyle/Heartthrob CD selection won us over. Bought 7 really good CDs of Old School music and Freestyle mixes. Will definitely be back for more.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I thought I was going to a shop to design MY own shirt but NO whatever you want he changes it into whatever HE wants not you. even though YOU are paying for it. I will Never Ever go back there, I would rather pay double than to deal with his Bad Attitude! I didn't think it was so hard to make a shirt, I don't care what You want, it's My tee not your shirt.
I'd give them a negative 5 stars if I could. They do "custom shirts" here too but he wants to put is own "style" into them. We asked for a white shirt with hot pink image on it. We got a white shirt with silver writing on it. He did replace it for free but it still wasn't what we asked for. He has a nasty attitude if you don't like his "style." If it wasn't for his attitude I wouldn't be writing this review. I can look past a mistake but telling me I have an attitude cause you messed up? I'm sorry but that's not how you keep customers coming back. Next time I need a custom shirt I'll go anywhere else but here!
