Had fish and chips before and great quality, but.... ordered for delivery. Had an email to say my order had gone though and would be delivered in 25-40 minutes (it's only 10 minutes away but ok). After an hour nothing had arrived so rang to see what was happening. I was told it was on its way and would be 10 mins. Half hour later I called again only to find out the driver had refused to go out earlier with orders as "it would be too busy" then hadn't returned at all before my order. 90 minutes of waiting, no order, and a hungry family to feed. No callback to update either. Appalling delivery service.

Ordered for first time tonight for meal to be delivered .order turned up 1 hour and 10 min later and only live up road . Asked for steak pie got mince and husband ordered cheese fries to go with burger pizza and they wasn't none . Also daughter ordered chicken wrap and came with no salad . .poor quality first and last time for this family . Ps delivery driver as no clue where he is going advise is to get a sat nav . Food barley warm when arrived . 1 star given

I have yet to have a bad meal form there.

Delivery available however one of the drivers is a bit slack claiming he couldn't find my address despite delivering a number of times. One of them asked me for money even though I'd paid with card, once I explained I'd already paid he looked at the receipt and couldn't apologise enough.

Don’t let its previous bad press fool you, very tasty food at an amazing price. Not been in store for a while as we always order but the delivery drivers are very friendly and on time all of the time!

My husband calls most weeks for our weekly treat. I would say 3 out of 4 times order is wrong when he gets home. Tonight yet again wrong. Fed up Of it. This time extra salad was asked on both kebabs n we have none! Time to go elsewhere

Absolutely excellent. What a portion of fish and lovely taste as well. Chips were just as lovely as well. Large fish and chips was plenty for 2 people. Wish it was my local. Cheers.

Ordered both online and in person, fish are very large and tasty,chips are OK but sometimes a tad overcooked, lovely, friendly people,excellent customer service.

Always excellent service with most (minor) adjustments action-ed. Good portion size and good quality food.
