Jomo did an amazing job with my haircut. He was very accommodating in fitting me in his schedule at the last minute.

The things that stood out positively to me were:

1. The environment was clean, organized and outfitted with updated furniture and appliances

2. Equipment and tools were sterilized between use

3. Staff there were very warm and welcoming

4. Services were reasonably priced

5. The overall ambience was pleasant

I will certainly be going back to get my haircut and possibly check out some of the other services. Keep up the good work!

Stopped in here on a whim over a year ago because they were the only shop open when I needed a last-minute cut for an event. Now I'm not typically the type of person to go to a random barbershop and let anyone cut my hair, but I decided to bite the bullet due to the circumstances and I'm damned glad I did, as this quickly became my primary shop. It's rare that you find a shop that not only offers affordable services, but that puts the amount of detail and care into your cut that these guys do. Every barber in this shop is meticulous in their craft and I have yet to get a bad cut from any of them. They take the time to assess your needs and ensure that you leave satisfied with their work. The shop itself is also spacious and always clean, and the environment is very welcoming and chill. Easily one of the best shops in Hartford.

Clean environment. Quality hair cuts, plenty of parking. The owner jumo is so friendly. They also accept walk ins. Convenient payment options.

I have very sensitive skin and tend to break out if tools are not clean. I expressed this to Jomo during my first visit and he made a point to clean the clippers in front of me and this gave me great peace of mind. Haircut was detailed and came out really good. Highly recommend this shop to anyone new to the area or looking for a new barber.

I came in last Sunday panicked because I started a new job the next day, and couldn’t find a barber. I was greeted by Alexis who told me not to worry he could take me right away. I sat down in the chair and spoke with the man and he told me he had 20 years of experience as a barber, I was very impressed with the knowledge he shared with me as I suffer from ingrown hairs on my face. He explained to me the proper procedures to reduce my ingrown hairs and improve my skincare routine. I then told him how I had experience with other barbers no call-no showing for my scheduled appointments, or being an hour late with little or no communication. He explained to me that he’s never late, and if he couldn’t make an appointment with me he would set me up with another barber who is available. Fast quality service at a low rate of $25.00. I ABSOLUTELY will be back. Thank you again Alexis. I 100% recommend this barber shop and beauty salon!

Have to say this is the best Barber shops I’ve visited. The owner Jomo has been cutting my hair for over 10 years and i have to say this one of his cleanest locations. In here you can find hair dressers that do braids, color, dress locks anything you need if your black white, no discrimination here they will get it done. In and out service ????????

Trish actually knows how to braid and do cornrows. I’ve had allot of bad experiences with other barbers messing my hair up but she did an AMAZING job. I will be coming back regularly.
