I just wanna say I love this shop , I came in Friday to get my hair done , they were fast and they were nice , any other time I get my hair sold wrapped it would have messed up the next day , but it’s going on Wednesday and my hair still laid and silky .. THANK YALL I WILL BE COMING BACK #NEWCLIENT ????????????

Great experience Maria was my stylist she was friendly and professional. Did an amazing job on my Natural Curly Hair! I'm thoroughly impressed by her talent and service! I WILL BE BACK!

Service was decent. Workers had an attitude when I asked about pricing (over priced at that) but I decided I really needed my hair done and I was having a self care day so I did it anyway. Once I was done they added about $20 onto what they originally told me. I’ll admit my hair was laid….for about an hour. Then it was frizzy and all over the place. Not going to lie I could’ve done it myself at home

I absolutely love my hair after visiting yesterday! Maria did an awesome job... I dont think I'll ever perm my hair again. Maria took her time and made sure my hair was perfected... I'll be a regular from now on...

I use to love them when Maria was here. Now there service is trash. They don’t have enough help at all. If you know you are busy why would you have one person doing hair. Then you have kids in her dyeing people hair and they don’t even know what they are doing. When Maria left they should have closed down because the other women are rude and nasty. Maria was the best thing in there. They don’t let you make appointments but will have you sitting in there hours just to tell you they can’t service you. It needs to improve or they will continue to run away business. The owner is never here to help improve things it’s horrible. People know Spanish and can translate so just cause the work’s speak Spanish when they talk trash don’t me we can’t understand

I want to give you ladies an 100% honest opinion because I too was reading these reviews before today indecisive as to if I should come here, well to make it so you don’t have to read everything I’m about to type.. DON’T. I came here for hair coloring and a typical blowout on Friday around 2 there was 3 other ladies in there, when I walked in the daughter of Maria asked what service would I liked and I told her coloring and blowout she translated that to her mom and her mom told her to ask me if I could come back Saturday hence she was working by herself, I’m VERY understanding until I can’t be, so I told her of course she told me to come around 9 or 10 and I say ok. Comes Saturday I get there at 9:35 exact time and sat down it was 11 ladies in here at the time with ONE worker and that was Maria. A few ladies left out over time and within 15 mins another lady walked and this was Lucia. The ones before me went and there were ladies coming in after me, when it was my turn she told me to remain seated because I was getting colored and let the ladies who were getting washed go ahead of me. I understood because that’s the normal steps for color (no washing first). When she finally did start on the hair which was about 1:45 she was very rough and I mean rough. Slinging my hair in my face, parting rough, coming, and moving very fast. She applied the bleach and put me under the dryer and continue doing someone else’s hair. I’m still remaining calm because again I’m very understanding. Once she takes me from under the dryer she has Maria’s daughter rinse my hair or what she call “pre-wash” my hair. I asked for a blonde/ brown-ish color and showed her on the book exactly how I wanted it. I wanted it like that ALL over my head. Well once I rise up from the “pre-wash” my roots were a bright blonde and the rest of my hair was a dark brown. I didn’t panic I trusted she knew what she was doing which is where I went wrong. She had previously asked have I ever dyed my hair before I told her no and once the daughter finishing rinse my hair she asked and I told her no as well, I asked what was wrong because obviously it was something wrong they were staring at my hair and speaking Spanish to one another. When I asked what was wrong she replied “she saying you have dyed your hair I don’t know why. If you ever decide to come here again come to my mom especially for blonde because she knows what to do” those were this girls EXACT words. So in my head I’m thinking what good would I get from lying about dying my hair and then why let this lady (Lucia) play in my hair if she don’t know what she’s doing. I asked the Maria’s daughter will is she going to fix it she responds “ she says she’s going to fix it. I don’t know how, I’ll ask my mom what to do” After this she puts me back in the seat blow dry my hair and puts MORE bleach on

my hair rinse it again and get the exact same results. So I tell her just dye it back black because at this point it was going on 3:30. She says are you sure. Ok she puts black on it and tells me wait 25 minutes, Maria’s other daughter comes up to me and says she wouldn’t have kept the other color either. This made me more upset because it’s like y’all knew this lady didn’t know what she was doing and let her play in my hair. Moral of the story I was charged for the blonde because “she had already mixed it” the black actually came out dark blue and you could still see where it was dyed on my roots and my blowout was decent (Maria did my blowout). $175 is what I paid for this HORRIBLE experience and I didn’t end up leaving till 5:40. Imagine being asked to come back the next day for HER benefit (Maria’s benefit) you come back Maria don’t do your hair another lady does and it’s just a complete disaster. 8 hours in there. Please choose somewhere else.

I loved the results of my keratin. I would 100% recommend it and I will be coming back.
