The day I called the ladies were so attentive. I thought I was out of luck since it was last minute. I was able to do a mobile consultation since I could not make it in. when I came there the hospitality was refreshing. Pauline washed my hair it felt like I was at a spa the way she massaged my scalp. I’ve been to plenty of salons and never had my hair washed as if they were washing their own. She did my hair fabulously and assured my comfortability. The other work colleague told me I looked like a model which boosted my self-esteem. After my hair was completed I was amazed by the sleekness and the perfect curls. Pauline is the best stylist I’ve ever been to and I will be back! Oh and the price was great.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I had 2 very different experiences with this business I attended for myself first over a year ago and the woman did a beautiful job so I recommended my niece to go there for a silk press because her hair type is about a 4a and she is extremely self conscious about it so she was beyond excited too receive her first silk press . Her hair stylist was Sierra or Ciara I’m not sure the spelling but her methods were not at all a silk press she rushed through the service because she had errands to run . When she was picked up we noticed her hair was still very puffy and not silky at all she recommended using castor oil and only 30 mins after leaving we noticed it was just getting worse and my niece advised us that she wasn’t under any hot blower she just put a silk press hair mask on for 5 mins and washed it out and blow dried it and straightened it a little so I called the store they stated there is no store manager because she are all independent contractors so they would have the stylist call me back to fix it . The stylist called a hour later and I expressed why I was unhappy and if it can be fixed she sounded unhappy but she said yes bring her back . Then on my way back she called me back saying there is no point to bring her back because that’s the best she can do in her hair and that’s her methods for a silk press so she was not going to do anything else in her hair . I explained how she is only 13 and starts high school the next day and her hair did not at all look properly done for the price we paid the stylist then hung up in our face and refused to speak with us . So I had to fix her hair myself at home . I will never go back there again and if you do please make sure you get a stylist that is professional and knows how to do a proper silk press and cares about her client because our stylist sierra was very unprofessional and rude .I will post the photos of her hair after she left the salon .

Pauline was very attentive and professional. She took her time with my hair and is honestly a great soul. It was my first time there and last minute because I just wanted to do something spontaneous on my birthday. I don’t usually get my hair flat ironed but she did not disappoint. I love how my hair came out. Thank you so much Pauline and God bless.

If I could give 10 stars I would.. I’m literally a hard critic and this place met all my needs.. Toni is an amazing person and stylist! They are gonna make you feel like a queen for the day here.. Toni took her time and treated my hair before she did my install.. she really cares! Very very affordable! And she knows all the latest trends so she will have you perfect.. I’m so happy I found a new salon!! Down to earth! Professional! Drama Free! Affordable! Know how to SLAY hair! Thanks Marquita, Pauline, and of course TONI❤️❤️

Pauline was my stylist. She was so welcoming, friendly and sweet. I had a wonderful time while she tended to my hair. She washed, blow dried and styled it. I was a new woman leaving that place and even my husband was so happy with the look.she gave me! It was an awesome experience! I can't wait to go back
