This place is not as great as before. They take their time to attend to customers and their shaping is horrible. I have to wait for my tech to come back to fix my nails. Money that I could have spent on her work instead which is 100 times better.

They don’t work well under pressure. I came in and I wanted a coffin shaped nail and I even provided the pictures. Once I noticed that my nails looked nothing like the picture I ask for the lady to redo them. She tried to reshape them and rushed which is why my nails look lopsided. By this time I had to leave because I had already been there for 2 hours. I am highly disappointed in the delivery of the work. My friend recommended Kim, but Kim had a wait and I was already pressed for time. I will not be returning here. First impressions are everything to me and they messed that up with me.
This is a terrible nail salon. I live in the neighborhood and used to go here often. I have never been completely satisfied with my nails or eyebrows. They do a sloppy job, especially when the salon is busy and also the employees are rude. Recently got gel nails and they started peeling off within a week (gel typically lasts 2+ weeks) and they blamed me and told me I did it myself bc I work and told me that I lifted my own nails up. They are very unprofessional and have lousy service. I would not recommend anyone go here. Bad customer service...they do not act or feel that their customers are important.
I recently started going back here after years of not using their service. I generally get individual eyelashes, gel manicure & pedicure. I'm almost always satisfied. My tech was rushing trying to fill in all over the place...so I wasn't completely satisfied on last visit. I would go again thou.

I only allow Billy to do my pedicure and Li to do my nails. They are my go to. If Lee does your feet it last 4 weeks. In the winter I love this cause I am not able to go every two week. Li does nails very well. I don't like them to look all thick and bulky. I also wear them curved and she slays them every time. Place isn't all up to date and the services aren't like the SPA. It is a strip mall nail shop. If you are looking for SPA treatment this isn't the place because it isn't a SPA it is a Nail Shop. They provide a service, they do what you want them to do.
