Very lovely location. I got dip powder manicure & gel done. I felt at peace while being in here, the techs were very sweet and approachable. The environment makes you feel that you’re about to be spoiled. The chairs, the technology, and overall the cleanliness were up to my liking. If you’re looking for a new salon, consider this one. The ownership has changed and it’s completely different to what it was before.
During my time within the salon, there were rude customers, who were disrespectful to staff. Unreasonable and you can tell the customer may had a language barrier. Be mindful of some reviews may be people trying to take advantage of a small business.
I recently visited Best Nails and I had the pleasure of having Steven as my nail technician. Steven has a warm and welcoming demeanor that immediately makes you feel comfortable. Not only did he provide excellent service but he also had a great sense of humor that made the experience enjoyable.
But the highlight of my visit was definitely the hot stone foot massage. It was an absolute dream! I cannot recommend it enough. Steven's technique was amazing and he paid great attention to detail. My feet felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after the massage.
Overall, I would highly recommend Steven at Best Nails to anyone looking for a great nail technician and a relaxing spa experience. Five stars!
I go here all the time to get my nails done and I absolutely love the new management and employees!! They make my nails look goo every time and I’ve basically had everyone at this point. Nick Lee has amazing nail shaping if your going with almond or point.
Tom is amazing! His patience is unmatched and he is very funny. He took his time to try a design that he wasn't certain he could and it came out perfect. This is my new nail home.
This is what I showed them versus what I got. It obviously is not what I asked for but they were closing and I didn’t want to be confrontational. I usually go to them all the time. But I learned my lesson, they are good if you want to keep it simple. But they are not the place to try new trendy styles
Came in and Linda welcomed me and also fixed my nails from a previous shop.
She has wonderful customer service and a great personality. Will be coming back to ask for Linda!
Very clean and welcoming. I was a Walk In with stupid store nails I had glued on myself and a big toe nail that was a mess from too much tennis. Angel was efficient at clearing up the mess in both places. All staff are friendly and I witnessed a woman come in with a broken nail in an unusual color. They all collaborated on how to fix it then did it free for her! This is the best manicure/pedicure I’ve had in a long time. Angel is meticulous and knows what she’s doing I’d definitely come back here again. Also - saw several men come in while I was there.
This is one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to! Sally is an amazing nail technician! She completely removed the callous that I had on my foot for 4 months after I tried to get rid of it myself at home. My pedicure came out beautifully. Steven is very professional and friendly. All of the employees are professional and efficient with their service. It didn’t take long at all to get my pedicure done. Please go to this nail salon! ????
