I went in to get my bleach blonde roots colored in. I had been here once before and had a great experience, so I returned when my regular girl wasnt able to see me on short notice. Unfortunately, this time was THE WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! There was a new girl there, and that's who took me, an hour after my scheduled time. The appointment took 4.5 hours!! The last hour was spent in tears when I caught a glimpse of what should have been white blonde hair being blow dried, was ACTUALLY blue/grey!! (As pictured) she was drying my hair! Asking if I wanted a trim! I wondered why other patrons were looking at me so odd.. I was HUMILIATED, AND EXHAUSTED!! I stopped her and told her this wasn't ok, she didn't say a single word... Just disappeared into the back and the manager took over saying "it can be fixed, it's not permanent" she also informed me that 4.5 hours is "cutting it close" for a root touch up when I told her my son is now home alone, I gad expected to be home in time considering my appointment was at noon! To make a long miserable story short, I ended up having ALL 4 "stylists" work on my hair in that last hour. And my hair was not colored evenly, trimmed completely wrong, and WAY darker than it was when I arrived! When it was FINALLY time to leave, I was told to pay $120!! I was in tears and didn't want to go to jail so, I stupidly paid for my DIS-SERVICE! Since then,(8 days ago) I've been told my hair needs conditioning treatments before it can be colored again, which I've been doing. It's still breaking but has stopped falling out as of 3 days ago.

Shannon is the bomb!!! All the women are super nice in there and you will be in great hands with any of them as I witnessed but Shannon nailed my cut and color my very 1st visit with her. So glad to have found her!

I was a client for over 15 years and after two missed appointments I can no longer come back. Saddened end disappointed that me being a Nurse working 16 hr night shifts wasn’t taken into consideration when my alarm didn’t go off.
Love The Best Little Hair House!! I've been going to Suzy for 16 yrs! She is great! The ladies here are all awesome at what they do. It's always clean, and all the staff are professional and courteous! I've recommended many people to them and will continue to do so!!
