I went to another place and they completely thinned out my eyebrows. I spent 2 months growing it out. I came to best brow and Neha helped me clean it up and also explain how I can fix and regrow the brows back to a thicker and healthier brow. She was so incredibly kind, helpful, and talented!

Dolly is amazing! She has been threading my eyebrows for the past year. She’s very kind and does a great job on eyebrow threading. She takes her time making sure the eyebrows are clean and even. Love coming here, always a great experience and not a long waiting time even on a Saturday.

I have very thick eyebrows and Dolly takes care the best of me. I travel from Jersey City all the way here just to be seen by her. Absolutely nice human all around and very talented person.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I walked in, no one greeted me with any information, I was under the impression that only one person was doing eyebrows.

So I sat and waited for them to finish so I could go next. When another patron walked in, the woman behind the cash register, stood up to do her eyebrows and when I mentioned that no one told me she was available to do them, (I was sitting there waiting) the patron gladly waited, but the cashier had a negative attitude towards me.

I paid, and when I asked for a receipt, the cashier lied stating she doesn't give those and even refused to sign their rewards card that they had at the front of their cash register. I don't know what her problem was, but don't waste your money here.

Neha always does my eyebrows perfectly!!! Just had an amazing relaxing facial!! Face is glowing. 12/29/22 Had a great facial with Dolly.

Seriously, this place is horrible. I came in on a Tuesday to get a facial. The woman attending said she can only give me a basic facial which is 30 minutes because she was the only person in on that day. I agreed because I had never been there before and wanted to give the place a try. Plus a 30 minute facial for $30.00 is a pretty good deal.

I walked in the room where the facials are given and instantly I noticed the beige and light orange stains on the white towel covering the bedding I was about to lay on. I figured it was okay because my clothing will block the dirty parts. The lady starts the facial at 3:35. I know because I had my watch on. She starts the facial and It's pretty good. She applies lotions, water, scrubs, and massages my face which was also good.

Then at 3:51 another customer walks in. The attendant walks out on me, which is fine, she was the only one there to attend customers. She helps the new customer. I think with eyebrow threading. That customer leaves after the service was provided.

As that customer is exiting another walks in. The attendant doesn't even bother to check on me between customers. Helps that second customer that just walked in after the one that just left, I think with eyebrow threading again.

Then that customer leaves. I'm still laying down wondering when the attendant will come check on me. About 17 minutes had passed. Then her phone rings. She puts it on speaker, starts talking to a man that just called her, in a super loud voice, and yes remember, they are on speaker.

While yelling back and forth with this person on the phone for about 2 minutes, she wipes my face and says, "Good?!"

I wasn't sure if she was talking to me or to the gentleman on the phone. She repeated it even louder than the first time,"Good?!" I opened my eyes and asked, " Are you speaking to me or the person on the phone?" She replied, "You." I said, "That was only a 16 minute facial, it's supposed to be 30 minutes." The lady starts yelling at me, "No,No that was 30 minutes" I replied, "No it wasn't. I have a watch." While pointing at my watch. She insisted that it was 30 minutes even though it wasn't so. I was a bit intimidated with her loud voice and assured her I was going to pay her, her money. I grabbed my bag which had to be placed on a basket on the floor as soon as I had entered the room, walked to the cash register and gave her $30.00 in cash with no tip.

If it's just an eyebrow threading place fine, but don't pretend that this place has time for facials because it clearly doesn't!

Dolly is the best eyebrow threader! It’s painless and I always leave with perfect eyebrows.

I love coming here! It is worth the 40 minute commute. The customer service is amazing and they are the only place that gives me perfect brows. Neha is the best!!
