This location has an extremely limited, old variety of hair much like the other location in the east end on Williamsburg Road. So it appears that their supplier either isn't delivering new styles or they aren't being ordered. This location is very big so I was disappointed that the styles weren't more plentiful and diverse.
They always have what I need there and their prices are cheaper than other hair stores I've been to. I love going there. One of the best places to go for anything you need for hair. They also have beautiful outfits there.
At first I didn't like first beauty because they looked at you like you were a thief and followed you around the store but now that I go on there more I feel like they got used to me. Everyone's not a thief and you have to treat people with kindness and respect we all work for a living and we work hard so we should be treated as well.
The store and workers were friendly. Great inventory.

Was looking for some hair clips and design Bobbie pins for my hair. They don't greet you when you come in the store. They have a security guy follow you around the store. Didn't thank me for my business. The store was clean only had one pack of the clips.
Best beauty supply store in Richmond. Every type of hair product you could need, in addition to an extensive wig and extension section. Friendly owners who have staff working the floor to assist.
I have Salon/barber shop. We get alot of our supplies and products here. The staff is really nice. There is a lot of variety of products at this store. The prices are reasonable. I visit this store at 5 times a month.
