I went in for a gel pedicure with an overlay. They rushed and didn’t want to give me what I was asking for. The polish quality was bad you can still see my nail. I asked for rhinestones and he said that was ok but when it came time to do it he said no no rhinestones anymore. Just sloppy and rushed and I came in two hours before closing so there was plenty of time. Really upset with the quality will never use them again

Great service, personal attention, and time spent well on pedicure. I overheard another employee talk to a customer and helped her recline to nap during the massage portion of the pedicure. Everyone was caring and kind. The luxury pedicure was $35. Money well spent!! I was hesitant to go here with the low rating but tried anyways and had a great experience!

Went this evening and met Tammy the new Manager.. She was super friendly and did an amazing job on my nails.

Michelle is the BEST nail tech! I love coming to see her because she ALWAYS gives me the BEST service! Tiffany was so patient with my nieces, making sure they enjoyed their first nail experience. I come here faithfully and would encourage anyone to come! This nail shop is always clean! Love this place!

My visits to Ben's nails have been truly amazing . The lady that gives me my pedicures hands should be in the hall of fame. I've never ever experienced service like hers B4, She literally puts me to sleep & relaxes

every muscle in my body. The staff do not rush through ur services because someone else walks through the door. They take their time like they should. Because you're a paying customer as well. As soon as I step foot in the door I receive VIP services. As I do have VIP status ???? the environment is very calming and relaxing and peaceful. I'll recommend Ben's nails to any & everyone. My daughter and I have been coming here for manicures and pedicures for several years. The techs are friendly, accommodating and really go out of their way to do their best. If the polish chips or if we’ve had a problem, we call and make an appointment to get it fixed. No hassles. I brought my 80 year old mother-in-law for her first ever pedicure, and the staff took extra time and made her feel so special. Highly recommend!

I love the people that work at this salon and I wish I could give them them service but I cannot justify it. I recently got a full set of gel powder acrylic nails on with fake tips and after 5 days, one of my pointers came off. I went in to get it fixed. Two days later, another one came off on a different finger. I went in to get it fixed. They seemed slightly more annoyed since they remembered me from my first fix. I am now laying here and a THIRD one came off! I have gotten fake nails/ gel powder many times and I've never had the problem of them falling off. Ever. It is unfortunate that they keep falling off and I paid $45 for them with a $5 tip. They were super nice when I got my full set on, but I cannot keep going in every two days to get one fixed from them breaking

I always get my nails done at this place, the staff are all extremely nice and my nails always turn out great! Definitely going to continue coming back to this place. Went somewhere else recently and was completely upset with how they turned out. Had to come back to my usual nail salon ???? absolutely love this place. They are all great nail technicians
